Tonight was a good as anything since the return. So great…What a weekend! So much to say….

I have to admit, I’m not a Stones fan, but the Exile set was still pretty interesting. To be honest, I’ve never really dug the Halloween sets. I’d rather hear Phish play Phish with a cover thrown in occasionally. The Acoustic Set was definitely a favorite of mine though. Re-inventing themselves with mostly their own music, now that’s what I’m into. While musically impressive, I’d take last night’s Set III over the Exile set without question.
That was just an absolutely phenomenal time. Epic even.

Waiting At psp.. Amazing experience. Sickest dance party last set last night. The torches, the burble …. The lit palm trees blew me mind off. Definitely excited to see the pics ! Just too much aesomeness for me to coney. Lucky for us we have mr miner to start making sense of it.

I’m really glad for Miner that he just relaxed and had fun this weekend and didn’t worry about posting a lot. With the Sirius stream and the Bunny it felt like we were all right in the loop.
Seems like the majority of my FOB’s from the year are from the Z-Man. Some of his recordings, particularly Deer Creek, are phenomenal.
My personal favorite part of the festival, the part that musically gave me goose-flesh was when Trey started chanting “Save My Soul” over that Wolfman’s>Piper segue.
I remember staring at my computer screen barking wildly, “NICE! NICE!”
That was the moment for me.
It was asked if the Indio (Insert song here) will be talked about in the future and the answer is probably, “No”. If for no other reason than we’re too effing fickle, What will be talked about in that way was the Set that closed the weekend. Pure bliss.
Any Cobo shirt ideas? KISS reference? I’ll put on the thinking cap.
I know nothing about kiss other than that I hate them and think they suck. was never able to enjoy shitty bands ironically 8)

i too was stoked that miner took his time to hang out at the event and not feel indebted….129 pages worth of posts speaks to the commitment level of our “community”.
