  1. Corey Says:

Syracuse poster back up for sale at dry goods right now.

  2. Corey Says:

My order was a success. Here’s to the rest of you this cold cold cold cold night.

  3. HarryHood Says:

Thanks Corey!!!! I was pretty upset when I missed it this afternoon. Just scored one!

  5. chefbradford Says:

Good luck to all of you seeking posters. And to all of you heading to Miami, (I know it’s over a week away), if I don’t post (har) at/with you again, have a blast. Be safe, have an indescribably good time, enjoy the new year (and the end of the first decade of the 21st Century, that hit me a couple days ago), and raise the gloriously holy old hell that New Year’s -Run Phish incites!

  6. Lycanthropist Says:

    any body still up

  7. voopa Says:

the decade ends next year, but whatevs

  8. Corey Says:

OK, it says that the Syracuse poster re-release is over, poster sold out.
But, you can still order one? The offer has been up all night apparently, as my initial post time suggests. Is this another in the ticket/poster series wtf vortex? So, any early Saturday morning risers check in with drygoods and get yerself one ‘dem postahs.

  9. Corey Says:

Think chef meant that the new year (2010) will be the end of the first decade, not literally this new year’s eve. But, as you said, whatevs. 🙂

Since I mentioned posters earlier, is there a site that has pictures of all the tour posters from this year? This fall? This past summer? All the posters of the last decade? Anyone? I don’t think I’ve seen all of them yet.

Also, on a box set related note: Was anyone as shocked as me at the sheer size of the Joy box set? I didn’t give in and see that video of the unveiling and therefore waited to be surprised at my door. It’s very big. The box that is. I must admit, I’m a little surprised at the cheap construction of the thing, and the obvious errors in state abbreviation. And, my dvd seems to have trouble playing around the 58min. mark — in the deer creek ocelot, I think. Any thoughts on this? I know that starting off with a slightly negative post on Saturday mmorn. isn’t the best…just thought I’d carry a bit of the assholery to th new page.

Well, not really…just felt bad that I was putting down the joy box.
    Mmm, that’s what she said.
Seriously though, does anyone have comments regarding this monolith?

  10. Corey Says:

Then again, 1980 was not part of the Seventies, 1990 was not part of the Eighties. 2000 certainly was not part of the Nineties. Therefore, 2010 is not part of the oughts. 00 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 — that’s ten years, right? There, that settles it. Two o One o is part of the 2nd decade.

Two o One o = The year of the O no

(anyone see Yoko on tv in recent weeks, screaming? Yikes.)

  11. KWL Says:

thanks Corey!! Got a cuse poster! Hurray for insomnia!!!

  12. chefbradford Says:

Yes, I meant that 2010 is actually the start of a new decade. Off to another looong work day. Have a good one, all

  13. Panda Says:

MIAMI, and wow those vids from the exile set are sick, HAPPY WEEKEND!!!!!

  14. Mitch Says:

expressobeans.com is your one stop shop for all things fan or official art.
As far as joy goes, my DVD won’t play in my iMac so I still haven’t watched it. I’ll do that tomorrow at the unison hippie speedball. I’d say they did a nice job on the box. Yes the construction may wear out over time but it’s not like I’m carrying it like a jewel case.

just realized why you call yourself that while rocking the Philly gin on my train ride to work today. I sang Wendy’s on the windowsill, hey wait a sec! I had an epiphany/duh moment and smiled. 🙂

  15. sumodie Says:

    joy box

i too was surprised at its size & complex construction. the music is the highlight, though ive yet to check out the dvd. ive only opened one poster -havent figured out what ill do w/ them. overall the joy box is both very cool & an overpriced marketing gimmick.

that said, id love to get mmw’s new box set too.

  16. sumodie Says:

good to hear some folks scored the Cuse poster. i tried to buy one using my smartphone but couldnt (thank god too, enough is enough).

mornin all -getting ready to hunker down for 6-10 inches of fluff here in amherst ma.

  17. Willowed Says:

    Good Morning all.

Gettin’ ready for some snow here in CT. I have a freakin’ wedding to go to tonight. the ride home from that should be a trip!!

At least I can blame hitting the guard rail on the snow and not the booze tonight!

  18. Willowed Says:

I am sure some of you guys were posting yesterday afternoon, but if you weren’t, I strongly recommemd checking out some of the comments from yesterday afternoon. Between 12 – 3 EST.
Someone came up with the idea that on this board we will have “Asshole Day”. A day where we can rip eachother to shreds. We practiced yesterday for about 2 hours.
Some of the funniest posts I’ve read. Check it out.

  19. KWL Says:

Thanks chef. Even this morning at 5-whatever-it-was-in-the-morning here in mountain time, dry goods was exceedingly slow, kept freezing, etc etc. But my order finally went through, thankfully… They appear to be still for sale, too.

  20. Leo Weaver Says:

@corey….Mitch beat me to the punch. Expressobeans.com has kinda what you’re looking for. You can search works by artist, band, etc…it’s a pretty cool resource for collectors.

So the synchronized hippie speedball is tomorrow morning? I think I’ll have a practice round…anybody want to join in? I’m getting started…now

    *puffs, sips, and says ahhh*

  21. Mr.Miner Says:

east coast madness…aborting mission, heading back west until Miami….

  22. Leo Weaver Says:

yeah, east coast is gonna be shut down if not already…safe travels Miner…

  23. Kenny Powers Says:

    Miner (or anyone) –

where do you get the scans of the official posters? I freakin love using lose for the album art in iTunes whenever possible.

  24. Mr. Palmer Says:

Miner- thanks for keeping us occupied with write-ups, DLs, and videos while you are stuck in airports and dealing with travel nightmares. Your dedication does not go unrecognized. Safe travels to wherever you are headed. peace

  25. KWL Says:

    ^what Palmer said
