    Hey there Robear!!!

you can’t go wrong w/ the 12/30/09 II + Hippy Neemsball combo.

great way to start the day.

  2. joe Says:

I know there isn’t very much love for caspian around here but the Miami version out of tweezer is smoking. Trey pouring his guts out all over the solo. and ripping.

  3. lastwaltzer Says:

@joe maybe i’m alone on this but I think Prince Caspian has been great this year.

  4. Leo Weaver Says:

@WT…thanks for the rec and link…I’ll have to ask chuck if he can get it

@mitch…I’ll think of ya til then! guess you’ve got something to look forward to 😉 . I’d take that Monday off if I could…got roped into a couple of meetings by clients (one at 9 a.m….who the hell schedules a meeting at 9 on a Monday AFTER THE FRIGGIN SUPER BOWL?!?!). so you enjoy your Monday off for me!

@joe…don’t feel bad, I do it all the time, haha

    Mornin’ Robear!

  5. (Formally Known As) BrandonKayda Says:

    Just ran through 2000.07.04 II

    Wow

Jibboo, Twist, and Slave all had incredible jams in them. Especially Jibboo and Slave

  6. gavinsdad Says:

@joe – lotta people on the BB let that particular Caspian thru…

  7. whole tour! Says:

    miami caspian was legit.

  8. Leo Weaver Says:

@dad…Butter was talking about the Pliny the Elder a couple of days ago. I know my store’s got that and I think maybe the Bear Republic Racer. You GOTTA grab some Two Hearted…it’s a danky one too.

@joe…that Caspian is hot, very hot. I can’t skip it once I do the Tweezer…it’s such a great counterpoint and landing pad to the Miami Tweezer.

  9. Robear Says:

It took me a long time to get back on the ‘bane.

Ohhhhhhh, to let Trey play what he wants, when he wants.

  10. Foul_Domain Says:

Yes. Big, BIG fan of the Miami Tweezer>Caspian. I dont think I have listened to one without the other.

  11. verno329 Says:

@Robear don’t know if you ever got any of my email attempts yesterday but if you still haven’t try sending one to me at chris dot vernarsky at gmail dot com

  12. Foul_Domain Says:

…In fact, I think every time I listen to that disc, I listen to it the whole way through. That whole set is sick.

  13. albert walker Says:

    Come on Baby
was a live staple that he had never released
always played it live as a tribute to Danny

just kind of fit the dark theme of the album with Bruce Berry dying and stuff

I think I may be doing some vinyl to digital transferring today
hopefully if all goes well may put some stuff up later today

  14. Foul_Domain Says:

    @ Robear – ‘Back on the ‘bane’…..good stuff. 🙂

  15. gruven42 Says:

Nope, that would be Phish’s SECOND visit to UIC. The first was the first “Divided Sky Pause”.

  16. Andrew Says:

    Robear – I sent you a note as well regarding a B&P

  17. Robear Says:

‘GBOTT’ gets better with each listen back. Sheeeeeeesh

KWL, that 11/16/94 ‘Simple’ crushed brains. Sent the DMB kids in Ann Arbor heading for the exits. Kept the rest of us in a trance.

  18. gavinsdad Says:

tail end of that 7/23/99 ghost from yesterday got diiiirrrrrtty.

cub – you might have to get into 1999 ghosts!

  19. Robear Says:

AW is right. Fall ’94, Phish was on a mission to convert the mid-west. Lots of litmus test jams. You’re with us, or you’re clueless.

  20. (Formally Known As) BrandonKayda Says:

There is a video on youtube of a front row point of view during the GBOTT jam. gets about 10mins of the jam

  21. Robear Says:

    Fishman before ‘Love You’

“I’m giving this up for New Year’s”

    hilarious

  22. verno329 Says:

“You’re with us, or you’re clueless.”

What about those of us that fit both descriptions?

  23. lastwaltzer Says:

    @verbi329

then you better hang the fuck on.

  24. neemor Says:

    Afternoon/morning all.
    Good pics, Sven and Palmer.

  25. Leo Weaver Says:

@silly and stitch…here’s the deal for your severely chapped lips. This is from my wife who’s a skin care specialist for estee lauder. Do not use anything with petroleum – this includes Burt’s Bees, Carmex, Chapstik, and others…the petroleum actually keeps your lips from healing because it creates a barrier and doesn’t let any moisture in (and doesn’t provide any itself). For the inexpensive cure, use Blistex. If you want the good stuff, go to the Lancome counter at your local dept store and get some Primordiale Lip Recharge…it’s about $35 for a little container. Wifey says it’s VERY worth it…a little goes a long way. It’s not organic but wifey says it doesn’t have the bad stuff (parabens)…and it is made from botanicals. She also says you should carefully and lightly exfoliate the lips before beginning treatment. And if you use the Blistex, use the one with AHA and Viatman E…it’s like 2 bucks. OK, enough of that talk…onwards and upwards with phish!
