“haha, I’ve been sitting on that other page for an hour now”

    me too… sigh.

  2. gratefulcub Says:

If it would spill some beer on me, it would be the whole show going experience

  3. kayatosh Says:

    i meant 2/14 shoeps mk41

  4. albert walker Says:

    I mean 2/14’s sorry

    I actually like the 2/14’s

maybe my fav after the VA shows

    then the 2/12’s

agreed those are the best 3 IMO

  5. albert walker Says:

not much more talking then any of the others

I think on full listen you’ll dig it man
    pretty good recording
    very clear
    nice levels not much distortion

  6. EL Duderino Says:

    @ AW

Did you get the Fixed Version/fileset??

  7. albert walker Says:

    yeah right now

been spinning the fucked up one when out running errands
    I think its pretty good
    hot to show also

  8. EL Duderino Says:

The second set may be the best second set so far IMO.

  9. neemor Says:

We only counted one stand at the Oakdale show.
    That was foreign to me.
Felt like a hometown Breakfast show.
Are there multiple pulls for 2.13?

  10. neemor Says:

Alright, here goes (apparently I’m the instigator according to sumodie)

Dude, aw….I thought you two hated each other.
Are the vibes of the site warming you two or have you simply come together for the music. If it’s the site, I think that’s great. If it’s the mutual respect thing, that’s great, too…
I’m curious and by no means do either of you need to answer this question.

listening to the way i feel from 2/14 now. slinky, cool old school tab tune accompanied by steady stream of talking. aw: you’re right though — very clear and crisp. I found 2/13 (hurlburt) to have less crowd annoyance factor and 2/11 (sonic sound 4 mic) very little crowd annoyance factor, but both of those recordings sound slightly distant compared to the 2/12-2/14. 2/13 edges 2/11 for clarity.

  12. neemor Says:

I tend to be one to look as far down the ‘gift horse’s’ craw as my head will fit.

  13. neemor Says:

Sounds like there were multiple recordings of the 13th.

  14. neemor Says:

Or perhaps it’s time to just get the heck out of this creepy bar.

    Closing time.

  15. albert walker Says:

I now agree with you man

on the home stereo while running on the treadmill did not notice as much

I dont listen to much AUD recordings so I did not pick it up at first

the clarity just jumped out at me

I guess you win some lose some when choosing these

the 2/13 just starts to get that bathroom sound to me at times I don’t like

    still pretty good

I’m just learning this AUD thing

    never a big fan

  16. EL Duderino Says:

    @ neemor

It’s probably the 850 miles that are between us!

    LOL!!!

  17. albert walker Says:

    I don’t know why

but the flacs on the definitive tech towers through the denon at high levels not really that noticeable

mp3’s through headphones kind of annoying

    like to different tapes

  18. EL Duderino Says:

The 2/13/10 CMXY4V source seems a little over driven IMO.

If the levels were not so hot I think it would have turned out so much better!

  19. albert walker Says:

    neemor

    Im a pretty agreeable cat

    I like to argue
to selfish to really hate other people
I’m pretty indifferent once things clear on most things

    but no

the power of phish thoughts does not have some amazing healing powers able to cure all angers

    i had a great 2009
not much to be angry about

  20. kayatosh Says:

    dude:

“2/08/10 AKG 460b/CK63 is the best pull so far by a mile!”

but you referred me to this earlier today:

    http://bt.etree.org/details.php?id=532382

you talkin bout the same pull?

  21. kayatosh Says:

tracking down the best 2/8 source is not a high priority since tab seems to be getting better in the later shows. however, tracking down the best sounding recording of tour so far is of interest. could it be that much better than the others?

  22. albert walker Says:

kaya I think the smaller venue

they were able to get the clarity of these later FOB’s
    without the chatter

but as you said they are only getting better so we are looking for that golden pull

hopefully the Riviera since I’ll be there

Lucky day! I was out shopping with my kids and my daughter found $50.00 in the parking lot. Talk about ground score.

This reminds me, at F8 some of our friends were discussing all the goodies they have found from ground scores. At one of the previous festivals (Oswego?), they had closed down a bunch of lines where they were searching cars to get in. They made it so that only a few were still open. They left all of the garbage cans they used to collect confiscated items unattended. Two of my friends noticed this and decided they should try to get some of these items back. They found bottles of unopened liqour, beer, jars of headies, and various other treats. They even said they made a few runs back and forth to the garbage cans with their backpacks. Crazy little kids. They kept the stuff they wanted and gave the rest away.

Anybody have any extra TAB tickets for the Chicago show? I think I waited too long to get tehm at ticketmaster?

  25. kayatosh Says:

aw: other than computer listening and bose surround sound home stereo (not high end by any stretch), i do mainly headphone listening, so up front chatta stands out and kills recordings for me.
