Guitar picker…what bar is this and where is the shuttle going to be? I am from an hour north of indy but still had to sit in a cab in the parking lot for a good two hours in the pouring rain in the after show chaos clusterfuck. Sure wouldve been nice to hop on a bus and be off to the bar instead

  3. marcoesq Says:

Yeah that was the old label of it, kind of like Minestrone vs Inlaw Josie

  4. marcoesq Says:

Oh snap, thanks grateful for that. I just got his mpp ’00 awesomeness

  5. willowed Says:

Happy Birthday Lycan from your friend Jack Bauer

I actually meant the British Columbia ’99 show-9/9/99, not Big Cypress

Thanks though! His remix of big cypress is amazing

Good Morning BB, happy Spring breaking Silly and Happy BDay Lycan.

Did anyone here attend 4/30/93 at the University of Hartford or have any thoughts on it. My friend at the time who got me into Phish had tickets and invited me to come along. I had a baseball game and the parents wouldn’t have been too keen on a school night at a concert with Scott considering the first time they meet him he was wearing what they called clown pants to go with his long hair and beard. At any rate, i was just reflecting on what could’ve been my first show.

Dig the new avatar, cub. They grow up so fast.

Question about the audio archive – I see that today’s show is not listed. Are all the downloads of the day eventually included in the audio archive or no? I had been assuming it was automatic that if you posted something it’d be in the archive but I guess it’s a manual add? Thanks.

That photo of DC just gave me goosebumps

thanks cub and marco, much appreciated and glad you like it.

i think folks with powerful systems/amplifiers would probably get more out of the original u89i and mk4v sources than mine, simply because an un-altered master file leaves more room for the end user to tweak their EQ to find their sweet spot…whereas the stuff i do has less latitude in the dynamic range because i’ve already tweaked it…

but the whole point of my remasters is the “ready to play” aspect for when you don’t feel like (or have the capability to) tweak levels yourself.

    glad you’re enjoying!

^And if you’re at work and have to listen on a low level

Watching the Blind Side last night, (amazing movie btw) I got to thinking on an unrelated note that if I had a Hot Tub Time Machine, I would probably use it to go back in time to catch killer Phish shows from the early nineties that I never had the opportunity to attend

    so far so good…

although I am still at work so boo on that 🙂

getting stoked for the birthday bash tomorrow with TSU

I believe Miner has said that he has a bit of a backlog for uploading the DOTD shows to the archive, which would be why recent ones may not be in there.

love that album. some fantastic lyrics on those tunes

  17. Kaveh Says:

Happy B-Day Lycan! And good morning.

Also – that download from yesterday’s chat is awesome! 05.19.74. Get it!

  18. Exree Hipp Says:

I guess that’s why I was surprised – they don’t need to be ‘uploaded’ again, right? The archive is just links to MegaUpload direct downloads that are already there. It’s all good I was just curious.

KP – I hear you. I don’t have one of those systems and usually listen off of the ipod and don’t rattle the shack with volume. So, it’s nice to have options.

Beep – LLFA! I am ready for the tourney to be over. For one, the anxiety is killing me, not about tonight’s game, but all of the ones that follow. Secondly, Ashley the Avatar scares me every time I post. I don’t expect her sultry eyes to look back at me, I expect to see the peppadew judging Neemor.

Glad to see you back around a little. I must admit I had no faith in the Hummel-less Boilers, especially after the Minnesota debacle. But, good for them. Whatever happens from here on out, they have proven themselves worthy of all the accolades they recieved all year.

If you guys haven’t seen the trailer yet for this:

  21. Mr. Palmer Says:

    Thanks Marco- gave me goosebumps..

  22. lastwaltzer Says:

@T3, the lyrics are great but the real stand out? ON THE DRUMS Muhammad ALi

  23. marcoesq Says:

    Wilson>Mike’s Jam>Suzy>Shine a Light>Maze

    Did I miss anything?

  24. Kaveh Says:

THANKS Marcoesq! Looks f’ing awesome and it is going to bring back some great memories…as that was a great festival to attend!
