Aww Pigpen was so good.
Shirt idea:
Front: Phish Always Wins
(Baseball jersey style — i.e. letters, etc. — maybe with a number on it…)
Back: “…Way to PT Phish Thoughts…”
Humorous? Right? I’d buy!
It’s “All Ugly and Green. The biggest ‘ole alligator that I ever seen”
Pigpen is the Grateful Dead!
(t-shirt)
not sure if it has syrfaced yet, but I always liked the
“A laser pen doesn’t make you CK5”
or something to that effect
Thanks for sharing Gavinsdad. Touching story. The power of family, love, and music is a beautiful thing. Reading this has set my day on a high note.
nice share, g’sdad. I’m glad you got it together so that we could meet in 2010. You’re a good soul. peace.
Way to pull out Gdad. Much love.

– WOOK DOWN: send headies! – UPDATE!!!!
his real name will remain anonymous…but i FOUND THE WOOK DOWN WOOK on facebook!
he posted to one of the phish3d comments something like: “maybe you’ll see me face up in that movie!”
wook down is very real folks….very real indeed!
wow, wooks with computers these days, awesome
he is famous
Wook Down is the cover art for Party Time on my iPod
I’m just glad he’s still breathing.
Anyone else listen to the Ambiance 98 mix? it is pretty sweet.
checking out the nomenclature for the BC roses – disc 9
now that IS the proper nomenclature!
listening to 6-24-73 dark star — 27 mins.. jazzy and loose. no singing until 15 mins. in. highly recommended.
Wait, Mr. Palmer, you picked West Virginia over UK?!??!
That’s it, I’m taking back my birthday wish.
(Not really, just a fellow Bluegrasser who’s having a difficult Sunday afternoon.)
So, yeah congrats on the work pool win.
Re: T shirt (how bout a long sleeve too?)
It should have all POSITIVE messages, with a bit of humor too, of course.
The last thing this board needs is to fall into that fatty vat of negativity.

Corey- sorry about the ‘Cats, nothing personal. Being a huge BE fan i knew WVU was the type of team that could give Kentucky problems. Kentucky poor shooting is what did them in though.
Kaya- have you heard the Winterland’73 recordings? If not, there is a Dark Star on 11.11.73 that i love. 35 minutes or so. When i cook chicken or something in the oven i used that song as my timer. Chicken comes out perfect! 🙂
^ just hit up that winterland dark star yesterday!
sick jazzy acidic goodness
The river so white, the mountain so red
and with the sunshine over my head
The honky-tonks are all closed and hushed
It looks like Palm Sunday again
just been reading the posts about the t-shirt…….
When on Summer Tour, strong B.O. is not a good enought deturrent for stubbers down, when it comes to keeping/maintaining your personal seat space.
or something to that effect…
maybe not what yer going for, merely a lookers on suggestion..
Good times to all this summer!
Good Luck to all in the Lottery!
@Mr. P Yeah, actually I’m glad I had other plans than to sit in front of the tube and watch their terrible shooting. Just awful based on the stats.
I caught the last 4 minutes…they almost had a chance to pull it out. But again, their poor shooting prevented any last second comeback.
Re: that GD show — great Dark Star. 73 was a good year.
