“Stash” 3.30.93 I
One of the first profoundly expansive versions of “Stash” helped lay the foundation for the explosive year of 1993.

“Funky Bitch” 11.30.97 I
The funkiest bitch in history.

“Birds > If I Only Had a Brain > Caspian” 7.8.99 II
A gorgeous piece of improv from Virgina Beach; the band seamlessly slipped right into a Phishy take on The Scarecrow’s “If I Only Had a Brain.”

“Split Open and Melt” 8.2.97 I
This fusing of “Split’s” menacing nature and the emerging, slowed-down textures of Summer ’97 put a spectacular cap on Phish’s first set ever played at The Gorge.

“Tweezer > Lifeboy” 6.10.94 II
The first-ever Red Rocks “Tweezer”- a seriously dynamic and intense version strewn with Mind Left Body jam overtones.

“Mike’s > Life On Mars? > Weekapaug” 11.15.95 II
This multi-dimensional “Mike’s” from Tampa, Florida in Fall ’95, reminds us of the time when “Mike’s Grooves” were psychedelic events in the Phish universe, sparking fires in arenas across the land. And this “Weekapaug” ain’t too shabby either!

first things first-the wine red-
willowed looks just like his avatar including the funky feet-not a wook…
Mine always says “It always comes back to Phish … Now tell me how much you love me”
looking forward to meeting some of you at Jones Beach- somehow I was talked in to accepting this as my vacation this year
You were talked in? I had to bribe mine into coming … 😀
mrs. willowed, sounds like you need more vacation time! people have to work too much.
i live on the north end of wine country. we have two local organic vintners.
‘Cabot’ and ‘Coates’
lots of little hobby style wine makers.
does your bottle have a cork?
no its a box with a spout, classy huh? economy sucks!
I had to get away somehow-guess it’ll have to be with Willowed, just hope there are no Animal Hospitals he finds to drop me at
happy friday all.
tim wakefield’s knuckleball is so slow – even the sound is taking forever to get through the tv… nesn is having some sort of audio trouble….
reminds me of the rift from worcester back in ’98???
what do you all do when you aren’t waxing poetic on here
what do you all do when you aren’t solving the world’s problems on here?
no, it’s probably really good! @ mrs. willowed. there is literally such a glut of good wine grapes on the market, that many boxed wines are quite excellent.
in fact, it’s a great way of packaging b’cuz it’s light and air tight. both enemies of wine.
cork in case it was an interesting year or grape or something. i’m more of a ‘bane snob that enjoys occasional glass of wine. some folks out here are obsessed!
and the economy sux, yes.
Mr C.- Were you at Philly 7/7/89? I’ve always really dug that show and am happy it is getting the ‘official treatment’. They are screening it up here in Bellingham next week and I scooped up some tickets. Love the Standing, Scarlet>Fire, and Other One. I think this show is every bit as good as 7/4 and wondering if you had any insight.
what do you all do when you aren’t solving the world’s problems on here?
^ rescue kittens out of trees
Funniest thing I saw last summer was a wook charging $1 for a Gold Bond Dusting. $1 per shake. People were buying, too.
Good evening Mrs. W! We need to have a significant other meetup at one of these shows.
And yes, I’ve done the grundle swipe. Curiosity gets the best me.
I only get the pleasure of Jones Beach this summer- while Willowed attends a plethora of shows-definitely hope to meet some of you and yours then…
my only show in the last year was JB in the pouring rain-great show! thoruoghly enjoyed every moment! Huge fan of 2001 into slave jam-gotta say it renewed my love of Phish having not seen them since our little ones arrived
@flarr
Was it also applied by said w00k?
Bad joke of the day….
How is Acne and a Catholic Priest different….
Acne waits till they are 13 to cum on their face…….
Luther- I asked, but alas he would only shake into the custy’s open hand. If he was applying, I was buying!
Nice Haly
OK this is real willowed (not mrs. willowed). I have a real bad one. Before any of you judge me after this joke, I want to state I have 2 daughters.
I am not sure if that makes it OK to say this. It’s a classic though.
What’s the wost part about eating bald pussy?
Taking off the diaper.
Zing
“Also working on a new funk/soul/afrobeat/dub kinda thing mix which I will post when done, for fun.”
Good God, YES! You just rattled off my dream combo of musical styles. Bring it!
LJ- I had no idea you were an ‘elections guy’. Ohio is big time for forecasting the outcome of national elections. Do you ever get on TV? I know you’re not really Mr. T, but if you were…that would be awesome.
Kenny- dloading 11-19 remaster now. Thanks!
A lot of people ask me, ‘Kenny Powers, you’re a giant superstar. You can get any woman. Have you ever paid for sex?’ And the answer is yes, I have. Several times, in fact. And it’s actually kinda cool. You can negotiate practically anything and sometimes, even just kind of do stuff in the moment that you never agreed to pay for and it goes by without much argument.
Ouch @ Willowed…. :shudders: but LLFA!
