5.9 earthquake shook the house last night, but, no worries, still gonna fly out tomorrow like that ol’ Famous Mockingbird. Mother Nature is no match for Phish Tour!!

  2. c0wfunk Says:

It’s all I can do to not lock up the dogs, leave a note for the wife and split for ntelos right now. if I left 11 I’d make it just fine I think. The grownup that pretends he’s me won’t let me though, he’s got me in shackles.

  3. SillyWilly Says:

yeah, I love the screen name thing. Reminds me each time of how cool it is to actually meet BBers in person.

  4. zzyzx Says:

  5. gratefulcub Says:

“I have to meet some of you dudes at Creek this year. Children of the corn”

tour is seriously hampering my ability to write lectures

can the good people of the BB help me out with some recommendations for environmentally-related films?

have already shown Who Killed the Electric Car and Food, Inc.

remaining topics on the schedule: environmental justice, conservation, mining, Katrina & the BP spill

but at this point i’ll show anything remotely relevant to any topic we’ve covered. suggestions?

if i get 2 good films to show, i’m so at camden

    @ Silly

Picture the MSG meet-up complete with nametags. My favorite:

    Hello, My Name is: Purplehumpbackwhale

  9. Mr.Palmer Says:

As fate would have it. Saturday will be the 1st annual Saratoga Brewfest:

Jeez- don’t these people check the calendar.

“2. You can seriously drive 5 hours without a ticket to a show on someone‚Äôs word that they have your extra.”

Or, you can fly 1,000 miles, stand on the corner or 32nd Ave in Manhattan, waiting for a guy that describes himself as a short football with a graying beard, all on the word of another guy that says he has tickets for us. Thank you sir.

  11. jdub Says:

Inconvenient Truth if you can stand watching Gore.

  12. Kenny Powers Says:

tela’smuff, it was great to meet you. and how pumped were you to be riding the rail right in front of the Treyzor the whole show!

and i can confirm that Neemor is a fucking riot in person! seriously one of the funniest, most contagiously giddy show-goers around.

timer – i agree! i want that app so badly but i guess it’s not for the Droid “Incredible”, which i should be getting when my Sprint contract ends next month.

  13. HarryHood Says:

    @ KWL

    Thank you for smoking.

  14. Luther Justice Says:

The screen thing name was interesting. I did feel like going w/Luther, but a few people wanted to call you by your “real” name. But was is real I ask you? What is in a name? How do magnets work?

  15. Litteringand Says:

    @grateful word-urban sprawl y’all

  16. Kenny Powers Says:

what do batteries run on? why is the alphabet in that order? is it because of that song? the guy who wrote that song wrote everything.

  17. HarryHood Says:

Alright fellas, I’m off to see a specialist about the injury that I sustained playing Bird Tennis a few months back. Enjoy the day!

  18. c0wfunk Says:

what’s that rubber bottle doing here?

  19. mrfergie Says:

KWL – nt sure how much time you need to fill, but check out When the Levees broke for Katrina – might be too lengthy though, multiple part HBO doc done by Spike Lee

  20. Litteringand Says:

Anybody see good lot shirts at Blossom or Hershey? Picked up a Stanley/Loving cup at Chi.

  21. mrfergie Says:

    Morning yall
loving the happy vibes of friendship that miner & tour have brought to us…
I cant wait to meet more of you guys at some point…
I talked to my friend who will be my co-pilot on my colorado trip, and shes really wanting to hit atl on our way up…
My first problem is I have no tix, then my second problem is I’ll have my car packed to the tits with music gear, cpu, cd & record collection, etc…
Any suggestions or advice on what YOU would do are appreciated!
    Rock On BB!

  24. tela'smuff Says:

@kenny – for sure man. you and your wife(?) were both great to meet. and it was one of the most amazing experiences i’ve had at a show riding the rail like that, directly in front of Trey.

@luther – it helped that you had a Mr. T shirt on!!

    – and meeting Neemor was classic. what a guy. ran into him at Hershey as well. he sparked my energy level a bit. tour with neemor would be epic.

  25. willowed Says:

    6. NEVER under any circumstances think that you know how a person looks based on their avatar!

I am not a midget wook….I swear it!

More like a short, fat stuffed cannoli Italian.
