@DF
I actually think it may have been the chat.
I’m not debating with anyone DF. I’m just stating how I feel, and from what I’ve read most people don’t feel the same way. Which is cool with me. To each their own!
I’d rather just say “wow 4 pretty hot shows in a row” but to each his own
department of repetitive redundancy department
but to each his own
I really dislike the people on Hoodstream chat, personally. Seems like nothing makes them happy.
Maybe I could draft a legal letter to venues across the country explaining why curfews for music venues are encroaching on our right to free speech?
maybe Trey would sign it?
LOL at Mr C!
@ BK
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.
I’m sure I would have dug this show had I been there, and not seen last weekend.
@ BK
Also wanted to say that I was really happy that you got a great couple of shows for your first. There were a lot of posts about what might be going through your head as the shows were going on. Glad to see that you and your dad had a good time.
nite peeps.
Complaining about a show you are listening to over an iPhone stream
Only on the internet
Could be a good show
Have to hear the boards and see
i was hoping for an epic jam to get me through work tomorrow, damn
Goodnight kids
2 down til Atlanta
Thanks Silly!
Not feeling the need to DL this show right away. Camden & MPP are going to keep me busy for a few days. Keep discovering new things in those 2nd sets.
2 down until the poop explodes on the ATL
@HarryHood
Thanks man, I appreciate that. Both nights were incredible, and I feel very lucky to have seen *those* shows for my first. I mean I got TELA in my first two shows! If that isn’t some sort of crazy luck/karma I don’t know what is! 🙂 Not to mention the jamming both nights was stellar – very exploratory (especially 6/27).
Thanks for sending all of the positive vibes my way for my first shows everyone; from the way the shows turned out, I think it worked! 🙂
looks like some folks got fingered at the finger lakes. sample at back to back shows says it all.
AW, did you already have Atl tickets or did you have to seek em out?
It is weird to me that the band can have so much steam and progression and then seem to pull it back in. I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t go for the jugular every chance they have. And I agree BK got some “crunchy grooves” at his 1st at bat B)
Made it to the other side of Atlanta. My mom sent me a text this pm asking me to call when I got settled in.
My grandmother pAssed away this afternoon. My parents both insisted I not come home, they felt my grandmother wouldn’t have wanted me too.
So I just checked in, just found that out. Alone with a bottle of whisky
Very sorry for your loss @Chef – it’s hard to lose loved ones. Sending some positive energy your way buddy. Take it easy.
that sucks a lot @chef
y’all were close?
4th disease, 5th sample, 4th ocleot, 4th reba, 4th bowie, 5th possum, 4th mike’s groove, 4th hood, 5th golgi of tour.
ouch. fingered.
Sorry to hear that Chef. Please be careful and don’t let yourself get out of control. NO one would want that to happen. That is really sad to hear. My regards to you and your family.
