Weekend Nuggets: Two Tuesdays In June

Although the Tuesday night shows of tour didn’t explode like many expected, they still produced some legitimate highlights. Stellar versions of “Bathtub Gin” and “Slave” came out of Portsmouth, Virginia’s first set, while an engaging sequence of “46 Days > Idea > 2001 > Simple” provided the meat of of the second. Canandaigua saw the most significant, non-traditional “Mike’s Groove” of tour, underlined by “I Am the Walrus > Weekapaug,” and also featured a laid-back, jam-filled first set that fit the cool New York evening like a glove.

Pfft, no way. Just my opinion though. Intense for the last half, some earlier parts drag. Paid off for me

yes. I made a 2 hour mix off of what I have from 2.0 as well, and it got incredibly tedious very quickly.
those stratosphere jams work great as the peak of a show or set but strung together like that…no.

Funny you mention Lost KWL. Just watched Pilot, Part 1 tonight with the gf…wanted to start a rewatch, she hasn’t seen it but wants to…perfect.

They now have a downloading feature.
My not be the best source, but any site that slings, Phish, Zappa and Yes all in one sitting is OK by Aqua.

Great Chalkdust. The Traffic ain’t too shabby either. For what it’s worth, I thought Inception was pretty damn cool, possibly Nolan’s strongest effort yet.
