With just under two weeks before Phish kicks off a three-day party in the Bay Area, SPAC’s finale is the last show remaining from Leg I’s download series. Highlighted by a strong first set and a sublime sequence of “Drowned > Swept Away > Steep,” Phish concluded their Northeastern with a relatively tame, song-based outing.

That’s pretty cool El Dude! If you’re playing music files does it go through your tv into the stereo or is there a direct connect to your stereo? Is there some cool visualization feature on the TV if you’re playing music? We really need to just bag cable tv and have something like this I think.
Hey, folks. happy Sunday. Dropped out of the convo due to familial issues. Spent a lot of yesterday trying to make peace.
In honor of what I’ve been reading here, started spinnin 8-7-09 highlights.
The stereo connect is with an hdmi cable.
There is a network connection via wireless router too.
Automatic firmware updates.
There is a new Western Digital HD Media Player Live Plus that does the instant Net-Flix.
The one I have does not have the “Plus”

I just borderline ruined this delicious coffee with almond milk. blech. no cow milk today.
kaya, was at a place by my folks getting coffee. they had the labels backwards and had some heinous hazelnut flavored coffee in the ‘dark roast’ pot.
had to turn around on the highway and go back.
Nice one, @robear. Don’t settle for hzlnut.
here, the almond flav. has overwhelmed what was quality coffee.

The Mansfield Wicked Local reports the saga of Barton Gray, a 31 year old alleged nitrous oxide dealer from Connecticut who, after the Phish show, spent two days in the storm drains eluding police. Unbelievable story. Nitrous dealers…I’m sure it couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. Keep it classy, phans!

Anyone have the scoop on why Mickey and Bill aren’t playing in Furthur. There is a pretty good interview with fake jerry conducted by Blair Jackson on dead net, but they don’t really touch on the subject. Just curious.

Dunno Flarr…but what’s curious to me is that at the end of the week all the former GD members, including Donna will be playing in some form or fashion at GOTV. I’ve been in the backstage area at Vibes 08 and there are these little huts with couches etc set up. Can’t see how these guys won’t run into one another over the course of the weekend. I know this doesn’t answer yr question but I’ve been quietly speculating to myself that there might be a barnburner of a jam this weekend…Jackie Greene is up there too. Dunno about kimock or Larry campbell. Maybe nothing will happen
@kwl: will def leave manhattan on that Thurs am for Philly heading South on the Nj tpke. Gonna try for a half day workday that day. If you need a newark or Philly airport drop I’m your guy.

@kwl: just so you have it in your backpocket ahead of time, you are more than welcome to stay in our lovely basement suite if you need to. Recent BB guests include Mitch, garretc, and Neemor’s essence.
Take it for what it is, but the rumor floating through Asheville is a multi-night run being planned for the fall downtown.
Last summer was the epitome of a town embracing the band, absolutely perfect afternoon strolling around and a kick-ass show taboot!
This would be very welcomed in my neck of the woods.
