Deer Creek

Following yesterday’s theme, here is the third night of Deer Creek 2000; a dark show to end the run, featuring the first “Curtain (With)” since 1988. Other highlights included the first set “Free” and the half-hour sequence “Piper , Crosseyed” in the second. And it’s pretty tough to beat a “My Friend,” Curtian (With),” “Tube” opening threesome.

I: My Friend, My Friend, The Curtain (With)*, Tube, Heavy Things, Billy Breathes, Beauty of My Dreams. Free, Axilla, The Squirming Coil

II: Birds of a Feather, Piper, Crosseyed and Painless > Prince Caspian, Meatstick

Jdub incorporated double rainbow and three wolf moon in one haiku. FTW. I don’t think that can be topped.

  3. Mitch Says:

    Also,
Beantown I’ve heard about that itripping or whatever. Sounds like a jam that really takes you there. Makes you feel like tripping when you aren’t. Some Phish jams do that. But I think they are designed to do it better by playing with your mind. We should read this is your brain on music and try it.

  4. BTB Says:

Corina and Light Up at Cypress for example

I think LaGrange, Mighty Quinn, Daniel Saw the Stone, and Sparks could be on the left coast
