Deer Creek '00 (Distante)

Following up the last two downloads, this show completes Phish’s three-night run at Deer Creek in 2000. The second set featured, perhaps, the three most-often payed songs of summer in “Jibboo, “Sand,” and “Twist.” The strong playing of the second set continued with “Fee > What’s the Use? > Limb.”

I: Cars Trucks Buses , Wilson, It’s Ice, Bathtub Gin, Buffalo Bill, My Mind’s Got a Mind of its Own, Split Open and Melt, Sparkle, Funky Bitch, David Bowie

II: Gotta Jibboo, Sand, Twist, Fee > What’s the Use? > Limb By Limb, Loving Cup

E: Run Like an Antelope

GOT TO GRAB THE NUMERO DISCS! I don’t know which ones AJ has up there but I got the Cult Cargo:Bahamas, and the Capsoul one. Both have been getting tons of play. The bahams one features several tracks by the Mustangs, which I believe are the same mustangs who wrote Ya Mar. The shit is golden.

“I spend at least a few minutes everyday kicking myself for seeing shows instead of college and a career

graduating from college at 29 and being a 30 year old intern was no fun for this kid. starting from so far behind everyone else in my field.”

^same boat brother. but then sometimes i also think i wouldn’t give up my memories of Phish tour for anything and it was all worth it. depends on when you catch me. but i feel ya. especially today.

I need to move to Chicago.

    Numero Group is there.

TAB on iClips was badass. Phish-hating wife was out of town. I had an old fashioned bender with my pug and computer that night! That sounded weirdly sexual.

    Repost from bottom of page

    for Tela’s and AW

I know you regret it, but look at me.
I am doing everything the way I am supposed to, but I am not satisfied by any means.
Im seriously jealous of people like you. You have built up experiences already that many people won’t achieve in lifetimes.
FWIW, I have a blast everytime I chill with you because you have some much knowledge of music and such cool stories to tell about touring
AND, it looks like you’ve got it pretty well figured out. You and K have a great thing going.
I guess what I mean is from my perspective, You’ve done what I wish I could do.

Thought so Robear…we’ll send the good vibes out your way…but I guess Telly and Greek aren’t bad alternatives. BTW, thanks again for the package…really been enjoying those the past few days!

The end of Sample in the 1st set is an amazing few minutes of music. Set the stage for the 2nd set gem

mmw dropped a show where you could buy a streaming pass. It’s really unfortunate that the Phish don’t seem to want to do it, especially for such venues as Berkely or Telluride. I just cannot fathom why they wouldn’t. The technology exists man!

    And yeah, weirldy sexual indeed.

@leo…what’s the best way to rid my plants of the japanese beetle? those bags?
