    First!

Jones Beach Ghost was the only first-set Ghost of 3.0 – Interesting. I haven’t heard it since the end of Leg I last year but for some reason I remember it being very interesting – gonna check it out now

Have a fantastic time at The Greek all! Phish awaits…

  2. BrandonKayda Says:

Getting into a slowed down major key thing now – this Ghost is very interesting indeed. Very different

^ one good thing about staying up so late each night @BK you snag quite a few firsts! Hope you’re feeling OK and getting some rest as well. You sir are ready for east coast couch tour next 3 nights… 😉

  4. BrandonKayda Says:

Ha yeah @fatbunch I think for like 9 days straight I had all of the “first” posts lol – probably not a good thing

I don’t know if I’ll be around for couch tour for Greek shows though. Going to the chiropractor/acupressure therapist tomorrow night – so I can probably catch set II of Greek, but Friday/Sat I’ll be at a hotel for a wedding.

    Have a fantastic time man!!!

  5. fatbunch Says:

Oh @BK you’ll have to no spoil it for the greek run (yeah, right!)

Have a good session hope you get some good results.

Speaking of sleep… thanks a lot man, talk to you later! Tomorrow will be a really fun day in the Bay area. And when the sun goes down CK5 will shine those the lights around…

  6. BrandonKayda Says:

    No doubt man

Well hey, it’s been good chatting with you these late nights, enjoyed the talk.

I’m out for the night – enjoy yourself at the Greek and take care man!

    Good night!

    CK and his lights

    Bringing joy and fright

Well, just had these reminders reveal themselves midst the deep recesses if my mind. I can’t go to the Greeks now anyways… Due to my lack of ticket-faith, I just kinda let my days fill up with stuff, so now I have work till 7 and 7:30 on Thurs-Fri, in addition to using the night for rehersals for what is my first public guitar playing appearance! (I’ve been playing about 7 months now) [I know, hold your applause]. A couple friends and I are gonna be playing acoustic background type music at the celebration of life ceremony we’re holding for my grandma who passed away a couple months ago. Which should be both enjoyable and emotional, so we’ll see how that goes…

Life story update hijack over… As you were

Oh yes, the moral of the story being: no Greeks for me… But I already knew that, so it’s not so bad…

My old college roomate is in charge of the boat cruise after night two. He got a swanky job working for a ticket agency after school and devotes all his time to sweet shit like this. It should be a blast, check it out if you have the stamina

  13. zzyzx Says:

Almost time to go to the airport! I will be one of those who will be traveling east to get to the Greek, SSE to be precise 😉

    (Oh, ok, more like SSSSE.)

  14. SillyWilly Says:

    Safe travels all!

and all of those who are already there, think of your poor, dangerously envious brothers and sisters doing couch tour

    have fun everyone!

  15. Mr.Palmer Says:

Go ZZ Go! safe travels and enjoy.

Ghost > Antelope was the highlight of a less than stellar show last year @ JB. They were getting the kinks out still then. No excuses this time around. Boys should be primed.

  16. willowed Says:

Have a great time to all who are going tonight!

I will be watching from the couch for the Greek>TR run. Hope we get a clean broadcast on of the nights. These would be great shows for Phish management to sell as Pay per view or pay per listen.

I am feeling a PYITE opener tonight. And maybe Taste a bit later when the fog begins to surround!

  18. ELLJEFE Says:

Have a Great time @ the Greek and T-ride everyone. See you in the Midwest and @ JB. Antelope opener!!!

Time to get your Greek on. So excited for everyone who is getting in these next 3 shows.

A first for me this morning, playing on the bed with my son I jumped up all excited and playful only to stick the top of my head into our high speed ceiling fan. Freaking skinned the top of my bald head. My son thought it was the funniest thing he’s ever seen.
