    Fall Funk for Friday,

    Phish’s first fall show,

The Sabres first game and win for the season……and I had to work all night.

    Boo hoo!

I’m excited to hear some funk, read back, and check out the set list. I hope tonight was a rager!

  6. sumodie Says:

Ha! Over at the ACL facebook page folks are griping that the Strokes only played for 60-70 minutes of their 90 minute slot

    Maybe they chose unwisely tonight

And Vampire Weekend’s drummer was sporting a Phish t-shirt

  7. AintNoTele Says:

looks like a short first set long second. Cant wait to hear the end of destiny jam

  8. Kevin Says:

Vampire Weekend reminds me a shit ton of early Phish

  9. Kevin Says:

They play inbetween the beat a lot. I’m not a musician, but that’s how I interpret it. The down notes often come when you’re expecting up.

Great lakes commodore perry ipa at a place I hadn’t been before. They had the Ballast Point Sculpin IpA in 22oz bottle…I’d been stalking it for almost a year but didn’t pull the trigger. Soon. Met bane man. Philly is so interesting. No names but this was a fresh indoor batch…just needs a little more cure. So funny what a weird fit this is.

Enjoy Broomfield peeps. Kang really does suck balls. Good luck during onsale. Thwarted again…I’ll be pumpkin pickin with the kidz.

  13. Tba Says:

from the hills = part of Kung sorry brain fart on that one; Sugarbush was the first? maybe i’ll get something right :<) First SB = near riot to get on the buses back to camp grounds made 96' RR look like Sesame st.

  14. Aquaman Says:

So I have been with my kids all night. Was there any luck with streams or was couch tour thwarted?

  15. EllJefe Says:

Looks like an awesome soundcheck tonight. Tour is gonna be the shizzle!

  16. EllJefe Says:

My Nizzle> About what you’d expect from a “big” show. Sounds good on Phish.com though.

    @ Sumodie

So, guess what was waiting for me outside our apartment a few minutes ago?

    Yup, your letter.

Turns out the mailman delivered it to one of our neighbors that was on business for the past week.

So it was in our building the whole time, just not in my hands.

    Thanks again!
