Based on the setlist alone, Manchester slayed – as predicted per my comment on page 1 of the “Songs in the Key of Trey” post. That first set looks amazing (anyone else secretly excited to see All of these Dreams in there?) and a second set with Light, Night Nurse, Ghost and a Llama reprise? Wish I could have been there… (Was having my own peak experience last night changing my 5 day old son’s diaper at 2am…)
fuck i may have to pull an all nighter
that was the best show I HAVE SEEN IN A VERY LONG TIME.
so much studying ahead
nice soam
I COULD NOT H AVE ASKED FOR MORE GOO D T UNES
CURTAIN WEDGE WALLS MFER SICK SICK
THEY AR EGREAT
From Hidden Track: “Overall, according to Phish.net, the average song gap for the set was a ridiculous 46.31.”
At what show, exactly, is “The Curtain (With)” the most recently played song in the entire first set? THIS show, that’s what.
Woah…little mini funk segment in this Scent of a Mule. NICE. Just a short little groove Page falls into that the band follows
Mule sign up front. Trey seems to like signs.
from the curtain with onward, this show blew the freakin’ doors off
ASIHTOS was fantastic. Length isn’t an issue here, IMO. LOVE that song.
It’s Ice is really solid. Fantastic first set. Funky part in It’s Ice
damn
i cant wait to spin this one…
10.23 pretty jamless and all but excellent flow in the 2nd set

Walls of the Cave rips. Trey is tearing this shit apart
woke up from sleeping. checked the setlist.
downloading this one before i go back to sleep so its ready in the morn.
Good idea Mitch. It’s fantastic. Light just started up.
I am really going to regret pulling an all-nighter in about 7 hours….but for now I’m feeling good
Light turning into a nice ambient patient groove around 8:30. This jam sounds similar to a lot of the other Light’s from recently but I like it a lot. Very open jamming, a lot of musical space covered.
10:25 they go into what sounds like a Sneakin’ Sally Through The Alley jam – it actually sounds like the Alumni Blues intro riff – slowed down funk. Atypical of Light jams. I like it
@Matso –
Congratulations to your little son. My daughter turned five this year, she was a bad sleeper. I know what you are talking about.
This morning I checked the setlist and will download it when I’m at home, even before Miner will put this one into his own words. It simply looks like a killer show. Awesome setlist!
Miner – what about a headline like: MAN! – chester
Now check out the opener video from Manchester last night!!!

“all i could do was lay in my bed, and smoke another nug”
Trey is comfortable putting drug references into the Makisupa keywords now…cool
Wow – this show is insanely good so far.
I wish I started spinning this w/o spoilers. This 1st set is bustout central!
Enjoy @Foul!
Making my way through the first set. Sounds like a rocking good time.
Can’t get over that they pulled out a Night Nurse with some of that Gregory Isaacs talk lately. Wiki already has his Death with a note about Phish covering the tune.
I jusst woke up and looked at the set list. Wowzers!
Lof of fun looking stuff in tat second set. A Llama reprise to close out the show????
From ten feet from stage, center, this was madness.
I don’t yet have words to describe it, but this was fun.
Fun.
Fun.
Fun.
Got to dance within five feet of Miner for the Light jam.
{Absolute highlight, among a show strewn with highlights….}
Wanna see pure *JOY* someday?
Do that.
Have fun today, and download this one quickly.
