Weekend Nuggets: Cover Clips

“Join the Band > Fat Man In the Bathtub” 10.31.10 II

The beginning of a legendary Halloween performance.

“Makisupa > Night Nurse > Makisupa” 10.26.10 II

The most authentic reggae cover the band has ever pulled off. In memory of Gregory Isaacs.

“Chalkdust > Whole Lotta Love > Chalkdust” 10.30.10 I

The most explosive and well-executed Led Zeppelin segment of the show – by far.

with Traders Little Helper, if I have some flac files i’m trying to make listenable, do I use “encode wav files”, “re-encode flac files” or “decode audio files”?

Social D are the real left coast punk(abilly) OGs. You should enjoy yourself for sure @phoamm. Maybe not as much as back center floor in AC but cmon now…

  13. phoammhead Says:

    @Chuck D

    Watch it.

If anything, go with the nickname that the rest of the Alliance has given me due to my Fall Tour activity on etree.

    Decode audio files.

Make sure you set and remember the path where you want them to go, and check the appropriate options if you want to retain the FLACs.

Of course, you don’t have to decode them to listen to them…

AC #line has some creative Trey

Strong version. Remember digging it live

  17. RamblinOnMyMind Says:

Thanks @Voopa. I have to decode them to wav files if I want to listen in itunes, right?

  18. Gavinsdad Says:

AC #Line placement = poor, performance = rich

  19. albert walker Says:

The jamming in AC wolfmans and cities is just amazing

  20. voopa Says:

For iTunes, yes. There are other players that will handle FLACs…Foobar 2000 for Windows is one.

utica is clearly the best show of fall tour

  22. butterflyeffect Says:

i think manchester holds a candle, but i have at-the-show bias

  23. Chuck D Says:

  24. albert walker Says:

    I prefer Manchester also

    whole tour smoked though

  25. phoammhead Says:

    i have the at-the-show-bias with SC2

but, with the Curtain With, Sand, P&M, C&P, Tweez>Show, i’m not sure this is out of bounds at all . . .

i’ve said it before – C&P is one of my favorite single pieces of music of tour – they absolutely slayed that in SC
