Robear, I agree on the encores but they were lame for most of ’03. Friday, Mexican Cousin, Anything But Me, Wading, Farmhouse, etc.

It was the “Please leave and don’t turn any cars over” encore.

  2. Mr.Miner Says:

vegas 03 was great…no custification going on there

  3. Mike in Austin Says:

Correct myself, the SPRING of ’03 tour. Summer got back on schedule, but included the mid-set deflating “Mexican Cousin” or “Anything But Me” or “Army of One” like in Gorge ’03. But ripping encores.

I always felt like they were just waiting to drop the mellow bomb on us right between Piper and Tweezer.

  4. Calpain Says:

    @TIII- so do I…

  5. Robear Says:

thx mike. i feel better now. never really paid attention to the rest of those spring shows. when I saw the shoreline shows in ’03, all concerns were laid to rest.

@ miner, no custification, just some rustification

KP – i said it before but you’re the man. i think this entire week will be dedicated to your SBD files…sure i have a chunk of em scattered in my iTunes already…but yours are set up so nice and chroniclogical and everything. thanks again!

(and yeah that theme from 95 is creepers!)

  10. Mike in Austin Says:

I gotta check myself. I like all of those songs fine. I guess I’m thinking … tempo is important.

  11. kayatosh Says:

    love army of one too.

  12. willowed Says:

I jumped on that Theme yesterday when I was on the treadmill.

Word to the wise…It’s not a good treadmill song.

    I was frightened.

  13. BingosBrother Says:

    “tempo is important.”

Wait a minute, I’ve heard this before.

j/k I know what you were talkin about. Placement is important.

Army of One lyrics are wicked awesome.

  14. gavinsdad Says:

    AOO fan here.

  15. verno329 Says:

BTW KP, I just ordered a cheap 2 GB mp3 player of woot.com this weekend with the expressed purpose of putting the Leaked SBD project onto and gifting to one of my buddies who loooooves SBD’s. He’s gonna flip when he gets it in the mail. So I thank you and my friend thanks you, whether he knows it or not 🙂

  16. verno329 Says:

    @purp you have mail

  17. Mr. Palmer Says:

verno – ive been checking every few minutes since you said that, still nothing. could just be slow. maybe dbl check on ur end that it went through?

  21. Mr. Palmer Says:

I could spend way too many hours watching Miles Davis videos on youtube if given opportunity. The Isle of Wight stuff is amazing. Great intro by Keith Jarrett. Pretty sure Mr.C introduced this a while back.

  22. Robear Says:

Mr. P, head over next week. I just ordered that vid. from amazon.

  23. butterflyeffect Says:

that’s sick @palmer… i was checking lynx out the other day after they had one on colbert. most badass lynx is definitely the eurasian lynx, or “lynx lynx.”

  24. jdub Says:

Nike should bring back pumps. Just what us old guys need for summer tour. A couple of squeezes and we get an extra spring in our step.

  25. EL Duderino Says:

    @ Palmer

    You need this then!

it’s a (PAL) region dvd. you can still watch it on your computer
