  1. KfL Says:

sorry about that proudest mitchy 😮

  2. KfL Says:

miner, highlight KP’s sbd compilation with a link to his blog and pick a few gems out to write a few words on

  3. Lycanthropist Says:

What about a spotlight article for each member of the band featuring some of their specific highlights?

  4. KfL Says:

fpp is short for a line i copped from aw about his 2 favorite things to do after work

  5. Mr. Palmer Says:

Nice one Kfl! pretty easy as well. I like it.

I saw DMB twice in my life and was ejected from both shows before the halfway point for smoking herb.

Seen phish a lot and never been thrown out for anything.

  6. jdub Says:

Topic: The epicness of a potential dmb/Phish festival and how it could turn Phish into a box office bonanza. $150 tickets, top 40 hits, football stadium tours, and a more songs/less jamming revolution. 😉

or your take on the evolution of the modern day staccato jam. Complete with soundbytes.

Thanks again for everything Miner. Always appreciated.

  7. bhizzle Says:

Miner based on someone mentioning TAB and Santana earlier I like to see if you could come up with something re: santana’s influence on the band based on their touring together way back when other than Walfredo

  8. SillyWilly Says:

i think we need to bring back the jazz promoters’ lingo:

“Now, I can’t say enough about the lady on congo, Bobbie Hall. I mean she is really bad, ya know. She’s bad. I mean I’ve said enough about Grant Green, but Ms. Hall is bad.”

all understated without speeding up your words.

only thing is I’m a white kid from the suburbs.

  9. Mr. Palmer Says:

anyone have that Garcia link Flarrdog/VegasWolf put up a few days ago?

  10. angryjoggerz Says:

I would like to see a post about the new songs in 2010. Then I would like to see what about all the new covers in 2010. 2 days covered.

  11. SillyWilly Says:

do we think there will be an album recorded over the winter/spring??

i’d love it if Phish was together practicing and recording and communicating about new ideas.

  12. mitch Says:

Palmer, was gonna call you a n00b til I remembered I was tossed from Levon helm last month for that. Got mad all over again.

I thought it was f*ck pink pu$$y til I saw it was 2 things

  13. jdub Says:

Top tens are always fun topics.

Sets, jams, venues, misconceptions, or things not to do at a Phish concert would all rile the masses.

  14. Selector J Says:

I like where jdub is going with this.
Maybe “Best DMB sit-it w/ Phish.”

    hmmm… Did I miss any?

I think aj’s idea is a good one. new songs / cover songs of 2010.

  15. bhizzle Says:

if that were the case I’m sure there’d be rumors floating by now

  16. butterflyeffect Says:

Top ten underrated jams of 2010, or top 10 jams, or top ten jams not from the top ten shows

    Top tens ftw

  17. Mr. Palmer Says:

you rocking beats in the am @ selector?

  18. willowed Says:

How about Matchbox 20’s influence on Phish’s new sound

  19. willowed Says:

selector, I will need some warm neats while I’m shoveling out my freakin drive way.

  20. mitch Says:

Miners picks of 10 range from 8-12 so those work too.

  21. willowed Says:

  22. Mr. Palmer Says:

10 ten hate mails received. Seriously, it would be hysterical.

  23. jdub Says:

In my youth at a dmb concert I have but one lasting memory. Kneeling down on the lawn at the Meadows in Hartford to put something up my nose I looked up to see a horrified mother who was chaperoning (sp?) her pre teen son. Not a proud moment either way you look at it.

  24. Selector J Says:

    you know it, mr. p!

I’ll be working late night writing my diss so I’ll probably be half asleep on the air. The tunes will be plenty lively, though.
