Jam of the Weekend:

Harry Hood” 7.25.03 I

The quintessential post-hiatus “Harry Hood.”

Phish Confirmed At Watkins Glen?

A local blog from New York State, Bands That Jam, is claiming that Watkins Glen is official, contracts have been signed, and that the festival will be an 8-set, Phish-only affair from June 30-July 3rd! Let’s hope this report is correct. I’m not doubting anyone’s journalistic integrity, but one can’t believe anything until it’s on Phish.com.

better yet a single mega torrent of all the From the Archives / leaked SBD tracks

  7. butter Says:

any CA dates or even rumors welcome

  9. sumodie Says:

wonder if Red Light decided to drop a phish only @ watkins confirmation in order to soothe the nerves of fans

    if so, it worked!

  10. DukeOfLizards Says:

  12. angryjoggerz Says:

Anyone check out my dancehall/rubadub mix yet? Would love to hear if you are feeling it.

‘In my work the artist is hiding to restore his strength and to protect himself.

  13. Henry Says:

Trey’s playing around the 16:20 mark of this 2001 reminds me a lot of Jimi in “Castles Made of Sand”

  14. mitch Says:

    Brooklyn make some nooooise!

Just gotta go back to gather small shit and tidy up and I’m done. Home come I feel like I didn’t get movers?

  15. Robear Says:

dwnld @ AJ. haven’t spun yet. catching up on the ‘Streets of Cairo’ on the tube.

  16. Gavinsdad Says:

So my wife needs to get 260 Mb of data (non audio) to a coworker across the country. Rather than fedex’ing a thumb drive, can anyone recommend a file drop site like sendspace or zshare or megaupload that’s free and can handle that amount of data…optimally in one zip??

  17. Gavinsdad Says:

^ps coworker doesn’t have FTP handy

  18. Robear Says:

that’s pretty small. i think mediafire or iputit would be just fine. both free.

  19. neemor Says:

Watching the bonkers 46 Days on this video from 8.7.10….
The Tube is a solid Type I dance party led by Page’s clav, but that 46 Days?

  20. Gavinsdad Says:

Right on @rob…will see if one of em (I’ve got media fire) doesn’t make me break up into multiple zips

  21. Robear Says:

neemor, that ’46 Days’ WAS rockin’. just so intense, blew everyone’s hairback. like sheets of sound and electricity blasting from the stage.

  22. neemor Says:

    It is Robear.
I usually don’t expect much from 46 Days, but it always grabs me.
This one…exactly as you described above, actually.

  23. Snigglebeach Says:

This rumor makes so little sense…

How can a festival have it’s breakdown day on the 4th?? we are all leaving filthy on the morning of the 4th?? the dates of this thing have irked me since the first rumors set in.. not really a 4th celebration if they don’t play that day.. if i go, and i will if this is the set up, seems silly that i will be sleeping off a long weekend amidst fireworks displays.

  24. BingosBrother Says:

Same here Sniggle. Maybe they wanna spend the 4th at home with their family, but seems kinda anticlimactic. Like having a New Years run and ending on the 30th.

  25. Snigglebeach Says:

I just picture us all traveling home stopping along the way, grabbing gas or food, and everyone else is dressed in their nice clothes, out with the family, and we will be smelly mud covered hippies looking so ridiculous on America’s Birthday.
