    yeah, dude!

  2. cal Says:

I’ll hit you or Joy at some point, aw.

  3. Aquaman Says:

Here is a series from Esquire on what they are calling, The Most Important record of the young year.

Radiohead’s King of Limbs: The Talking Points – Maura Johnston

  4. beepaphone Says:

“I dig dub and toasters more. But all reggae to me is the riddim and the voice but not the vocal
It’s all about the production for me”

Yes, and beyond reggae to any other genre for that matter, sans hip-hop. This is exactly why I respect Bob Dylan, but never listen to the man.

  5. Aquaman Says:

    Oh, sweet.

Now, Cal is rubbing it in……..bummer I am going to miss y’all. Cal, you were at BTB Fest last year, no?

  6. DaNcInG fOoL Says:

“U Roy been getting mad spins around here. My girl is convinced The Seven Gold is the greatest album ever made”

@AW, where can i find this album??

  7. willowed Says:

I have a feeling GreatWoods will be a blowout this year.

The last few stops have been less than stellar…IMO

  8. brother Says:

@AW are you only talkin bout summer europe 97? If not, then check out the earlier tour. Just been discovering that stuff lately. Had never heard that 2/17 II set before just recently (KP remaster) and that is just a sick bunch of jammin. Other shows/sets for that run are great too. I’d make that whole tour next on your list. Transforming the sound during that run.

  9. Aquaman Says:

You are right AJ, sent my pre-sale order today.

It’s not the Leo Trio, it’s the Plain State’s Trio, for those with game enough for three venues in three nights.

    Who’s with us????

  10. willowed Says:

and yes..I am biased because it is one of the only shows I can attend in leg 1.

They owe GW a hot show. GW is where they became men.

  11. DaNcInG fOoL Says:

vinyl only? what is this shit

  12. willowed Says:

and GW deserves a multi night run IMO

  13. Mr. Palmer Says:

My buddy owns a house 8 minutes from PNC. He’s moving to Fla for a while. Trying to convince him to give me his keys for those shows. We’ll see.

  14. angryjoggerz Says:

aqua, your friend SD made me into a bit of a tard the other night, sorry if I was a space case

  15. Jtran Says:

Learned my lesson at GW last 20 dollars for VIP parking

Also had a nitrous kid offer me and my buddy free balloons to hide behind our car..probably the same one that ended up in the sewers later.

  16. guitarpicker420! Says:

Agree with Miner re: REM. Life’s Rich Pageant and Document still get spins at my place. U2 on Joshua Tree tour was the bomb. In the space of a couple of weeks I saw that tour and Pink Floyd’s Momentary Lapse tour. That was a great time. Just 13 at the time, but it was cool that my parent’s let me go to those shows.

  17. guitarpicker420! Says:

Wow. 5 sources for 2-23 available now. I’ll have review up tomorrow afternoon.

  18. albert walker Says:

you know who else digs REM. Brenda Walsh. Losing My Religion is her and Dylan’s song

you guys are all some sentimental REM loving fucks

but I love 90210. so WTF

  19. willowed Says:

Mr. P…If that happens… Count me in

  20. angryjoggerz Says:

you know who else digs REM. Brenda Walsh. Losing My Religion is her and Dylan’s song

  21. Aquaman Says:

For me 15, skipped a lacrosse game to go see Joshua Tree Tour. It started it all…..

Radiohead Haiti Benefit has 11 seeders

Still looking Cal and Silly, all I can find in my collection is the 2008 Aud from Wash D.C.

  22. angryjoggerz Says:

    Brenda Walsh FTFW

  23. brother Says:

IMO…achtung baby is one the greatest albums ever made. never saw the live shows.

  24. willowed Says:

The OC was so much better than 90210 AW

  25. albert walker Says:

it’s just a weird digital Prince Jazzbo produced reggae record DF

we just have been loving it too much for some reason. It’s good but lately we’ve been jamming it like LastWaltzer plays Radiohead.

vinyl only albums make them better, right?

I may do a vinyl pull and put it up

some of the tracks are on No whitey I believe
