GP – people can camp at my place all weekend. Doesn’t matter to me…I might hit up Detroit, not sure yet.

  2. Gavinsdad Says:

The AW 90210 admission will be held against him numerous times in the months to come. Best shit I’ve read on the BB in weeks. I never did any of that stuff. Too much skateboarding back then.

  3. BTB Says:

Save by the Bell – Jesse Spano caffeine pill addiction episode.

Aqua – Cal was the dude with the bandanna and crazy hair. Good times.

Damn 6 sources now for 2-23. Going to take awhile to decide on the best one. I’ll have the blog updated tomorrow afternoon though. Got to get it done before daughter’s ballet lesson.

  7. ThePigSong Says:

did aqua up that bean-town show tonight?

  8. joe Says:

Random advise question: I have been giving a coworker, technically my ‘supervisor’ a ride to the subway station every night when we get out at midnight. (note:its a second job’sh type job that I really don’t give a flying f about except I don’t have a ‘real’ full time one so I need the money it brings in job) It isn’t really out of my way but probably adds about 15 minutes total on to the time I get home each night because I have to wait for him to do his supervisor shit before we can leave, etc. I really don’t feel like doing it anymore but now I feel like it is expected. Am I a jerk for not wanting to help him. And how do I go about telling him I don’t want to drive him anymore? (Also note the weather still sucks here adding to my guilt but that I also work another job some mornings and every minute of sleep counts).

  9. joe Says:

Its about a 10 minute walk for him

  12. garretc Says:

    Fuckin’ Mike…

  13. BTB Says:

Forever known as the child who prevented Fall Tour 2011

  14. lot rat Says:

    i forgot the ?

just a guess, but certainly plausible. still leaves northeast holiday runs open.

  15. garretc Says:

    @BTB

Which is particularly frustrating, since I just received a letter from an alternate reality version of me, dated January 5, 2012, that reads “Phish Fall Tour 2011 is as money as it gets. Don’t miss it if it happens in your version of the universe.”

So I am, of course, extremely bummed out…

  16. garretc Says:

    @lot rot

I know that rumor has made it here, I think they saw it on greenboard maybe, but, of course, nothing official known yet…

  17. BTB Says:

    far out…the dude abides

  18. Robear Says:

    joe, you’re not a taxi.

    Brooklyn Bowl rules. Trey? Buehler?

The Tumbleweeds or whoever put on a good Zeppelin cover show. Lots of passion.

  19. brother Says:

@Miner….if you like that Separator track then check out Weird Fishes off of In Rainbows. A little faster beat and darker, much more intense layering

  20. brother Says:

@Joe, i think if you break it down to him like you just did us he’d understand, just leave out the i don’t give a f about the job part.

  21. lastwaltzer Says:

  22. lastwaltzer Says:

goodnight, i lost a lot of respect for all of you 😉

  23. Mr.Miner Says:

@Miner….if you like that Separator track then check out Weird Fishes off of In Rainbows. A little faster beat and darker, much more intense layering

^ im told id like this disc…more upbeat?

  24. YborCity Says:

@Miner – I think In Rainbows is the most accessible to non-Radiohead fans. I used to be in the same boat as you – didn’t get it, hated Thom’s voice – but I fell in love with In Rainbows, and have since become a huge Radiohead fan. Thom really focuses on melody throughout the album. A little more upbeat and rock ‘n roll-y than the couple of Radiohead albums released before it. I’d check it out.

  25. multibeast Says:

@ miner- brother’s call on “in rainbows” is dead on. Listen to that and than thom’s solo album “the eraser” than “kid a”. You will not be sorry.
