McBride and Will farrell were funny in that land of the Lost movie. The scene in the desert where they are tripping balls is incredible.

Now I’ll probably run into Ben Best AKA Clegg tonight.

Those were also the only two references that I caught Tiii, anyone know if the dude is really a head and seen around shows?

  6. ThePigSong Says:

I couldn’t tell what the shirt said, just could see dates on the back. Neemor said it was ’95?

  10. voopa Says:

Dude is a head (Ralston, not Franco). Apparently a big fan of Ph and SCI.

  11. Type III Jamming Personality Disorder Says:

if you read the book there are a bunch of references. if memory serves, he was listening to phish during the “cut scene”.

I know a dude who knows a guy who said this chick told him she swears she heard that somebody saw him at that one show.

  12. Jtran Says:

I’ll check the board when I get home, but if anyone’s got 1 or 2 (together) pavs for MPP2 let me know.

  13. albert walker Says:

Could def see Franco hula hooping it out to a sick ass SCI Rivertrance jam.

  14. Mulitbeast Says:

Aron Ralston is a big head, supposedly. Has met the boys after the incident and became friends, according to Aron. I guess he also pushed for Danny Boyle (director of 127 Hrs) to include phish songs in the soundtrack.

  15. Spasm Waiter Says:

KP- Thanks for that. Weird that it was that far off. 13 seeders or 0?

“To make James Franco’s portrayal of Aron Ralston [as the injured climber in the Oscar nominated film 127 Hours] as accurate as possible, Ralston told [film director Danny] Boyle to have Franco recite lyrics from the jam band Phish, Ralston’s favorite band.”

  21. KfL Says:

thousands of music fans were infuriated by last weekend’s dave mathews band performances, reports the atlantic city weekly. one die hard dmb concert-goer was quoted as saying, “it’s bullshit. of all the shows happening this summer, the dude shows up here. i can’t believe we got cu$tybear’d”

  22. Mulitbeast Says:

Hmmm. Me wonder which tunes Aron recommend Franco to recite…..

  23. ThePigSong Says:

RE: Toyota – Didn’t Cinci and Alpharetta both have shots of Phish on their homepage prior to the announcement?

  24. Mulitbeast Says:

@pig: I know that Alpharetta did. My bud pointed it out to me.
