who’s got my backstage / tour bus webstream?

that’s what I really want to tap into from couch tour

curious to hear how the streamer comments stack up against those in attendance

(sounds like the webcast experience itself was a winner)

  2. butter Says:

    Fuckin loved it

Felt like Trey didn’t even take a solo till Quinn

Fun show from the couch. My kind of song selection. Looks like a sweet little venue in the north Georgia hills. I expect tomorrow to go full hose.

one couch tour note: Seemed like Mike was ready to bliss out on Carini when Trey was like “Hey! Hey, Mike! We’re doing Sand now. FYI…” Don’t know if that would be classified as a “Sand’d” by Trey or a “wait, what’d” by Mike. Either way, gave me a chuckle.

  6. cal Says:

Shit, I loved that second set.

LOVED the Sand, Disease, Maze. And I just love Bug and Meatstick, can’t help it, just two uniquely Phishy songs. ADITL was great, decent Antelope, I was sold.

First set seemed incredibly scripted, other than Light Up. Whaddaya gonna do?

They will not play Ghost or Split again this month. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  7. Guyute711 Says:

Meatstick was for the crowd at home no question. Weird night with some crazy peaks.

  8. Guyute711 Says:

    Light up was fucking unbelievable.

  9. Andrew Says:

Come’on and share the love Cal, they raged hard in Charlotte last year and hoping for another bout. Ghost > Split to end the second set will do fine for me and countless others.

Stream work well for everyone? Missed tonight but getting popcorn ready for tomorrow.

  10. ThePigSong Says:

just got home from the show, I’m sure highlights to follow with the big guy’s review.

For me the night started hot, became completely disjointed with the Fluff and totally redeemed itself with the Gin.

Great night in my relatively new hometown with friends, most importantly my sisters first show. She was FUCKING AMPED.

can’t wait for tomorrow night, adios!

“Meatstick was for the crowd at home no question.”

Absolutely… From the “couch” my wife was like… “Oh, I know this one.” (from the 20 minute version circa New Year’s Eve)…. Yeah, it would seem a nod to the stream for sure…

Looking forward to some rage tomorrow night. Can’t wait.

    Great show!

    re: scripted
I kinda read that Possom was supposed to be the opener (definitely thought I heard it on the Ocedoc) but after a moment on stage they changed it to Dinner & A Movie. Then they did Moma and came back around to Possum.

To me, seemed like Trey was calling most of the shots on the fly per usual. (i.e. Trey calls tune– tells Mike. Mike tells Fish. Trey tells Page.)
    Just my $0.02.

  14. voopa Says:

I heard that too J, also heard a DAAM tease at the front of Moma too.

  15. JP Says:

amazed that a full on ghost still has not been played this summer

how did ghost land on the rare list in 3.0??

KDF > maze looks seriously good – wish they spent more time on the carini and DWD and dropped some of the later 2nd set action

  16. voopa Says:

    *during the beginning of

    would be more accurate

  17. phoammhead Says:

At the time of the carini sand i was thinking Trey is showin some patience. Look forward to a replay

  18. voidboy Says:

Liked Possum as an early 1st set to get the crowd moving… get it out of the way and early…

  19. phoammhead Says:

Solid effort nothing sucked and many highlights

  20. Guyute711 Says:

phoamm are you down here? where are you staying?

  21. [Not Tom] Says:

My noobs have wondered how they have missed out on this for so long. I just laughed and laughed and fell apart

  22. phoammhead Says:

    LaQuinta g711 you?

  23. JP Says:

maybe they should just open every show with possum

  24. Andrew Says:

    Nice NT!

  25. phoammhead Says:
