TTFF: Tour Bookends
With the Gorge exactly one week away, let’s take the final Friday before tour to review a few seminal jams that have gone down at both the Gorge and leg two’s closing locale, UIC Pavilion. Though some of these tracks have been posted before, they have the type of timeless staying power to warrant hearing again. A five-five split between the Gorge and UIC brings the last week before tour to an end. Enjoy the music…leg two awaits!

Speaking of slop, Gorge Stash. Almost train wreck composition. If I remember right, they pull it together in the jam. That quiet middle section tastes good in the Gorge. 03 Gorge Stash was great too.
cincy tweeze
what up butter..take it slow up there buddy.
gorge stash 98 7.16 I sick.
decently interesting jazzy build > high pace shredding
Rye rye with little reggae scratch licks from red
stockalope, never really clicks into anything special
i bet that stash is a helluva lot more interesting than Ball Lope @ Miner 😉
stockalope! definitely working that in at some point…hahaha…yeah, boring Lope. That night didnt elevate until set 3 really…weird second set, felt like a mediocre first set…
Good Thoughts and wishes to you, the mrs, and the upcoming lil pat o butter #2.
May both of you take these next few weeks with ease and positivity. May the delivery be smooth for the baby, momma, and you. Will be sending good vibes your way.
Just visited some friends today who had a kid last week. She had cancer a few years ago and had some serious chemo treatments and a mastectomy. Doctors told her she wouldn’t be able to have a child. She had a smooth and relatively easy delivery. Baby is as healthy as can be.
i read yesterday about a woman who had a double mastechomy who lives in the city and other women in the city have been giving her their breast milk so she can still give her kid breast milk.
really awesome gesture. then i read further that people actually sell their milk online for 300-1200 for a months supply.
yea, that was my initial impression from the stream
then they just brought the heat for the rest of the festi
thanks Hal, thats a great health success story right there
::::::resisting the urge to talk breast milk
set 3 was pretty epic tho. golden age and tweezer were worth the price of admission in my book.
i’m getting thirsty all of a sudden (jk)
on Caspian, love that set 3
gotta get back into my yoga practice. Back has been hurting too much to practice. Which sucks. Going to give it a try tomorrow and see what happens.
Hopefully Manatee will post the phish yoga dates for Labor Day if he is headed out to CO. Would like to attend.
Good Night Folks. My hopeful voyage to dreamland is commencing after I log off.
