  2. Mike in Austin Says:

Yeah, I’m with Palmer. Gotta mac. Generally I can just use Safari to download YouTube videos pretty easily. But this LP player gets in the way.

  3. Mike in Austin Says:

    Nice Avatar AJ

  4. voopa Says:

Yeah PB, but that moon looked wicked last night.

Despite the highs of UIC and Dick’s, Charlotte Ghost is still my favorite jam of the year (so far).

  5. EL Duderino Says:

    @ Palmer

As in a torrent client to DL shows and such?

  6. EL Duderino Says:

1st off, switch from safari to Google Chrome…
Safari is old, outdated, and no where near as safe IMO.
Like using AOL, who does that anymore except our parents

  7. Mr. Palmer Says:

    el dude- you got mail

  8. EL Duderino Says:

CLT Ghost is the most “complete” version of 3.0

  9. Mike in Austin Says:

Safari works great for me El Dude. But each their own.

  10. voopa Says:

I too recommend Firefox or Chrome. Haven’t explored plugins/extensions for Chrome yet, but DownThemAll and DownloadHelper for Firefox have worked wonders for me.

I like when Trey and Mike’s head bobbing sync up.

Do you bob with Mike or Trey reaslly is a question whose answer says a lot about you as a person, I think

Spun a bunch of the Denver run last night as well as assorted highlights from throughout the summer and………………dammmmmmmmmnnnnn did we get lucky this year.

Love this Tweezer but honestly don’t think the Light is getting enough love.

  13. Corey Says:

I always thought Trey was head bobbing in sync with ME at shows…. 🙂
@Joe, going up to VT? I feel guilty for not going.

  14. Corey Says:

    My wife grooves with Mike.

  15. Mike in Austin Says:

@joe – I bob in sync with the girl next to me. Gives us a more Beavis and Butthead feeling at a show.

I hope Mike really starts the Euro-scarf trend, and 1000’s of Phish fans start wearing Scarves to shows.

Mike’s white pants, and yellow shirt with cutoff sleeves look has cooled it seems.

  16. SillyWilly Says:

i’m a black bat, baby, i need my high octane

  17. Corey Says:

@Mike, my wife’s been wearing scarves to shows for years…but she’s an opera singer.
    They always wear scarves.

  18. Mr. Palmer Says:

Spinning Light now @ lw. Only my second time. Everytime i listen to this set, it begins and ends with tweezer. The KDF rips as well. Second best version behind Bethel.

  19. alf Says:

    that was a bomb tweezer

if anybody can help me out with the public onsale, send me an IM to my AOL screenname

  20. SillyWilly Says:

the scarf is an interesting accoutrement

it keeps your body heat from escaping that pesky opening at the top of your shirt/jacket/coat

coat or jacket? i never know.

it also feels good on your throat

and if you ever need a turban you can wrap your scarf right up.

an extremely versatile piece of clothing.

i think mike wears his as extra support for his neck muscle while his head is bobbing.

Some wrap their ankles before a football game, Mike Gordon wraps his neck.

Not heading up-at work today. Going to sox game with a friend who bought me the ticket on Wednesday afternoon. Can’t blow him off, would be bad friend manners. 4 hour drive from there probably not going to happen, esp. Now that webcast is out.

  22. Mike in Austin Says:

Based on the general singing out of the crowds, more fans should wear scarves. And cover their mouths with them.

The look would be funny though. Gives the band a new perception when Mike throws down his bass jihads.

  23. lastwaltzer Says:

coats go below the waist son.
