  3. Mike in Austin Says:

That’s a lot of book for $50 (yeah, I know, real capt. Obvious over here)

Didn’t realize the heft to it. How much does it weigh? Need to leave some space in the luggage.

  4. Mike in Austin Says:

I think I kicked it. No more haiku for the day.
    It is tough to quit.

  5. bhizzle Says:

The book does look alot more impressive than I originally thought it would. I’m not one to purchase books re: The Phish, but i may second guess myself.

    My compliments to the chef.

can’t say I read about bands too much myself but knowing Miner, the work he put in, and being so involved in the 3.0 return can’t wait to grab one out in NYC.

on a worse note. my 80 lbs pit Miles fell out of bed stretching this AM and it looks like he broke one of his front legs. can’t even imagine how much this shit will suck. fuck.

    oh well. congrats miner.
    have a good one kids.

  9. Mike in Austin Says:

Love the photo with “culture” on the right page, and “Goo Balls” on the graphic page.

I wonder how much Miner had to correct the Editor/Copy Person (or educate them)

“Are you sure that is spelled right and used properly?”
    “it’s kinda … Well slang”
    “what does it mean?”
    “Tripping Balls? … Well um…”

  10. Mike in Austin Says:

Good luck with Miles AW. Hopefully he’s just a little sore. Breaking a leg is pretty tough to do, but it happens.

My bed is a dog free zone. The cat… What the hell are you gonna do?

I just saw you talked about me on the last page of yesterdays thread. I post occasionaly, but have lurked long enough to be somewhat aware of the w a x b a n k s situation, and I always wondered if that was why I was always under moderation. I can assure you there is no relation to said “other Banks,” Im just a fan of this site, community, and most of all this band. Book looks great. Ill be at the MSG party on the 29th and cant effing wait for this run! Still looking for 3 to NYE (I know, everyone is)

  25. Beantownboy Says:

The book looks amazing, Miner. Great job and I look forward to picking up mine in NYC.

On a personal note, good thoughts would be appreciated as the Mrs. interviewed last night over skype for what looks to be an ideal position at a hospital in Portland, OR. She should know either way by next Monday. Either way it looks like we’re pulling up the stakes, hitching up the wagon and heading back out west at some point in 2012. Hopefully it’s with this opportunity as they would pick up the moving costs.

    Good times.
