I’m not on here as much but as moments pass and family time takes up the majority of my space, I slowly realize how special it is to hop in here and catch wind of what all of you are up to. I’ve yet to catch up with any of you at shows but just settling in to the community on here really eases me on any given day. Big thanks to all of you who continue to keep this circle flowing, a lot of inspiration is drawn and keeps a lot of peeps in check without many of you realizing it. Hope to see some of you in Portsmouth!

    Old settlers fest FTW.

Greensky Bluegrass coming up. What a great time.

    Iron and wine was great!

Worked a 12 hour shift today but it was all worth it when Phoamm and BEK showed up unexpectedly on their way back from Atlanta. Enjoyed a trippel with them after work at one of my favorite watering holes in Greenville, a dark underbelly called the Trappe Door.

Great friends made from the blackboard!

Here’s some phat to chew on:

“If only it were all so simple! If only there were evil people somewhere
insidiously committing evil deeds, and it were necessary only to
separate them from the rest of us and destroy them. But the line
dividing good and evil cuts through the heart of every human being. And
who is willing to destroy a piece of his own heart?”

    Morning comrades

    Caught my first wave yesterday

Good to see aw coming around on spiritualized

  17. Robear Says:

Yes Jtran! I’m working on coming down that way…….got a guest room?

  18. poop goblin Says:

figured I was missing something Jtran. it’s mellow nature and subtle feel kind of went right by me on the little head phones walking the dog through the busy city.

proper spin yesterday on some loud speakers really picked up the more subtle tonal guitar things and added little colors of the production I really dig.

the fact that I want to hate it and hate other records like it but am finding more brilliance in every spin probably attests to how great the album is

def the 4th album I really dig this year with Lee Fields, quakers, dr. John being the others.

    have a good one peeps.

“The World is gray, Jack!”….Wisdom from that awful Clear and Present Danger flick with Harrison Ford.

About to get some much needed rain here in Southern New England. Down over 6” on the year so far. Nothing like some other places but very unusual around here to see things drying out in April.

  20. Duder Says:

funny how AW used to criticize folks’ going to TT and now he’s there more than almost anybody

  21. poop goblin Says:

actually about 6 months ago I gave in and started collecting digital music. when cats firsted started using it I only had records and would jokes how can you have TT without vinyl. so know I actually have music to join in with. never really use their data base.

if there are any fuck the TT or fuck the peeps on the TT posts I’d love to see them.

what is funny is having a 40 something year old dude totally obsessed with everything you do and post from half way across the country

morning to you to el dude

  22. Duder Says:

    not obsessed observant big difference.

Morning to you AW hope Chicago is doing fine

  23. poop goblin Says:

cuz I get AW’s big flip flop from anti TT to pro TT is just one of the funniest things everyone on the BB has ever witnessed in their life

  24. Duder Says:

I bet you and K are getting a laugh.

Yeah stalken’ it up yo’ ‘cuz that’s what I’m known for.

Just pointing out extreme behavior/statements and the proverbial Romney that follows.

  25. Duder Says:

to know you is to love you AW and no one on this board knows you better than I 😉
