Devils/ Flyers about to drop puck. No Gotta Giroux for the Flyers, could be curtains for the Broadstreet bullies.

NY/NJ East Finals will be the balls…around here at least.

Dancin Fool- great call with the LA Kings. NY/LA is the finals call.

  2. halcyon Says:

    garret

Chen has that bad ass dissident image. I am not bad ass, but I like bad ass dissidents.

  3. DaNcInG fOoL Says:

    Jonathan Quick for Conn Smythe!

  4. Mr. Palmer Says:

    bryzgalov is terrible.

If LA wins the Cup, Quick will win it. Someone in the East ( NY or NJ? ) is winning it though.. I’d take Henrik or Marty heads up with Quick in the Finals series..

  5. halcyon Says:

8-13-93 David Bowie just popped up on shuffle. Always liked this version.

  6. DaNcInG fOoL Says:

Brodeur hasn’t stolen a playoff game in like 9 years

  7. Mr. Palmer Says:

Still has 3 more cups than anyone else left in the playoffs.

nice. forever associated now. good one.

David Murray is another jazz artist worth exploring. He was lighting up the NYC loft jazz scene in the 70′s with his avant garde psych jazz. Cat played with the Dead numerous times as well.

Murray’s new to me but, according to AllMusic, he did sit in with the GD in 1993 and later on released a Jerry tribute album: “Dark Star: The Music of the Grateful Dead”

the Dark Star gets high marks….now I’m intrigued…

  11. Type III Jamming Personality Disorder Says:

that David Murray Dark Star album is solid. I would have to dig it up, but I have it on a harddrive somewhere if the interest is there. I remember buying that when it came out and really digging it. haven’t listened to it in years…

Though, it is clear that Cheng Guangcheng is a capitalist opportunist.
