Props to the SillyGoblin train, well done dudes!

21 hours ago I left the apartment I’m walking into and I didn’t even know about the Cinci Twist.

I also didn’t even know about the Coast to Coast radio show which is now a tour essential

Thanks to AW for coming with me and keeping up the convo so I could stay awake

  3. PigSong Says:

wake up Cinci folks. More review plz

  4. Type III Jamming Personality Disorder Says:

    Shaggy Dog is shit-eating-grin-inducing

Nice run, silly. Phish always seems to reward the extra effort

  5. SillyWilly Says:

    I’m awake, Pig

Twist was a monster as I’m sure you’ve heard.

Sand>Roggae was a personal favorite for me.

Trey kicked down AW and I a Fluffhead encore so we could get a headstart out the venue.

everyone in the band (except fish of course) was wearing a solid black shirt

riverbend isn’t that big. lawn has astroturf, pavilion is cozy and fun. at least where we were.

haven’t heard a note or followed the board but WOW, i love that setlist. Can’t believe I’m almost about to say Twist was a bustout, lol.

    Shaggy Dog
    Peaches
    LUOLMA
    Buffalo Bill
    Saw It Again
    Roggae

and a and set Guelah? in the 2 slot???

    epic

  7. kenny powers Says:

oh yeah, and Fluff encore???? christ

  8. SillyWilly Says:

sad we missed AJ, Mike, and Tela’s

phone was dead by Indianapolis so I couldn’t text anyone back

  9. PigSong Says:

Awesome silly! Were there tickets on the ground or did you have some eforehand? Sounded like Llama was annihilated from the choppy stream.

Also thought the DWD > Guelah was well done, but I was kind of falling asleep at that point.

I’ve come to the realization my Phish app only works from a strong wifi signal. At least on Att network.

  10. PigSong Says:

What time are you leaving for Star LAke, Silly?

  11. PigSong Says:

Without lyrics I would never guess Shaggy Dog.

  12. SillyWilly Says:

I’m in Madison, Pigsong. Could only do the one night. Gotta get stuff done here. I really wish I would be at Star Lake, though.

And I don’t know if there were tickets on the ground. AW pulled two nice pavs for us yesterday afternoon. And we were late to the show, so we didn’t really see the ticket sitch.

  13. kenny powers Says:

come on TaylorC, let’s see that first audience pull of the morning!

  14. PigSong Says:

Not going to Star Lake, yet. 😉

Have a good folks. Ready to get off work later and start vacation properly with a spin of Twist.

  15. Oldskool Says:

    Miner is still twisting…

  16. TheSloth Says:

Cost to coast is such a great show.
Cincy was solid from start to finish. They were some filthy moments; carini is sticking out, and nice reggae chops from trey in fluff.
@SW are you hitting up deer creek?

  18. Mr palmer Says:

Never heard the twist last night, bailed prior.

Was it similar to 12/30 MSG?

  19. Mr palmer Says:

    Scratch that… I’m still sleeping.

  20. joe Says:

we’re supposed to take Silly’s word on the show? where’s Miner? I can’t know what to think for sure till he tells us.

  21. kenny powers Says:

holy crap – that Portsmouth R&R jam is a prime example of why ambient Phish is best in SBD. every little sonic morsel just bleeds through the speakers into your soul.

I need to make an ambient Phish meditation mix. That last 3 minutes of R&R is orgasmic.

  22. kenny powers Says:

    lolz @ joe!

  23. Type III Jamming Personality Disorder Says:

That “set the controls” jam was the bizness. So much going on in that twist!

  24. kenny powers Says:

7:50 to 8:55 in the Portsmouth Tweezer should be a banned substance.
