So i saw Furthur last night… any one else check it?
Terrapin and Lady with a Fan were split and bookended the second set. There was a little improv that didn’t seem like a nostalgia trip (though its always great to see the legends in action). Had a minor based jam out of Terrapin (coming out of “but they cannot be bought or sold.”) They did some obviously practiced things that were unique or happened in unexpected places. Unbroken Chain was the highlight for me.
    > Had to walk away during Stella Blue because the guy next to me was vomiting and dry heaving up his $10 cups of coors light, and who wants those sounds accompanying such a beautiful song……

….. best brisket sandwich i ever had was in Austin…

    Food porn.

  9. Foul_Domain Says:

Fuck Mondays. They need to do something about that.

First spin of the auburn release. That ‘Lope was sick. On ‘Foam’ now, trying not to skip ahead, as I’ve been through this baby already thanks to K-Shap.

Not skipping ahead to the Tweezabella, as much as it hurts me. Phish patience is a virtue!

Hope everybodys doing well! Fall is the best season. Fact (if you live in a true 4-season climate)

Foam is a work of art, by the way. Straight up phishJazz

  10. BingosBrother Says:

Festival Rebas and no call for the Clifford Ball? Cliffahd Bawl Reba Muthajonas.

  11. Foul_Domain Says:

CB Reba is insanely good. Fishman owns it.

Wheres my SBIX release? That Reba is no joke either

  13. Type III Jamming Personality Disorder Says:

As Clontarf is a lover of all cheeses, I consider all festy rebas worthy of admiration

  14. MiA Says:

Just getting around to the Lemonwheel Reba T3 mentioned. Amazing time warp going on here.

I little tinny, but not to bad of a source from the Phish spreadsheet. Realized I had the Gumbo > Sanity SBD. So that’s up next.

I loved this second set. Was a bit pre-electric anxious if I remember, then after Reba felt completely wonderful like after putting on “warm-straight-from-the-dryer” socks.

Just found out all the original LiveBait’s are available in FLAC. Didn’t know that.

  15. Mr. Palmer Says:

Magically the CB Reba comes on shuffle. Nice train ride home soundtrack.

Trey was at Sirius, huh? 😉

  16. kayatosh Says:

    tree porn FTW

  17. MiA Says:

Live Bait 07. Alpine Reba. Giggity.

  18. sumodie Says:

Yeah those tree porn pics are dementedly funny

    Seek & ye shall find…

also been tempted by those livebait flacs, but instead i replaced my worn out klipsch s4 buds

next up will be new HDs to properly back up all my music porn

  23. PigSong Says:

Howdy – Santana kick this afternoon, Fillmore Live + just started Lotus. Crossing T’s and dotting i’s while trying to get my stuff in order to apply for new jobs.

and I guess it’s not afternoon anymore.

  24. PigSong Says:

Actually switched it up to Trey at the ‘roo. Santana-isque.
