Reinvented, Redefined

Don’t want to be a painter ’cause everyone comes to look

*****

If you’ve been following Phish circles on social media lately, perhaps you’ve taken notice of some cool images that have been making the rounds. Photographer and Phish fan, Andrea Nusinov, recently started AZN Media, a company specializing in social media advertising that is driven by the philosophy that a unique, artistic image will generate more attention and response than conventional photography. Her Phish-based images have been making a wave in the community with innovative takes on her own concert photos. Using the lastet photoapps, Andrea has enhanced her photographs to create the thought provoking and visually engaging imagery that I share with you today.

If you like what you see, be sure to follow AZN Media on Instagram and Facebook! In addition, Andrea hosts a Facebook page for her Phish images and you can follow her, personally, on Twitter. Enjoy! hey all, my old roommate is selling all his camping gear he recently got cause the trip he was going on isnt happening anymore. its a steal for the price. if any of you wanna get a full camping set as a starter or to replace your old gear, i’d jump on it.

Can you get at least 1 show @Kaya? If you flew to SF for 3 shows you can get yer ass to The City for 1. Must see Phish coming up I feel.

Blarney Stone for the 29th anyone?

  3. jonacho Says:

GDad – Xpun is right about those sections 1,2,3 in MSG.
It is the taper section. They are bleachers that connect the floor to the arena.
We were there last year, and a little concerned about “obstructed view”, which turned out to be a non issue – just a few taper rigs that were unobtrusive.
The vantage point is good, as you are just over the top of the floor crowd.
The bummer we experienced is that they are aluminum bleachers, so once the party got started and they got wet (beer, water, etc.) shit got slippery – my buddy did the wild splits and almost went down at one point.

Anyone ever hear 12/9/94 Tweezer? In the notes it says Slave based jam. Intriguing. Got a Slave jam where my Tweezer should be.

  9. PigSong Says:

^ I read about that earlier today Bingos – didn’t go look on the other drive to see if I had it though. Plz report back.

I was blessed by the ticket gods this year, and gave every one to friends/bbrs. Instead I’ll be assisting with the ball drop to the sneers of the crowd in my small home town.

^although I wasn’t present for this travesty – busy dancing to an 18 minute meatschtick.

  10. PigSong Says:

^not tooting my own horn on ticket giveaway – meant to add I’m an idiot for not trekking to YEMSG.

  11. xpun Says:

I bet those bleacher bounced like crazy though. May be worth checking out.

May be doing bisco w a friend post show on 29th. Never seen them. Worth it?

Up for bars pre and post every other night. What time do they close in city.

  12. xpun Says:

Bingos – just listened the other day. Pretty sure a sbd is around. Very blissful section. Can’t remember if it was slave progression though but def a good description of the jam. Worth the hunt to hear.

  13. sumodie Says:

Xpun, many bars will stay open till 3-4am. Bet there’s spots that go later. Clubs can go till sunrise and beyond, tho they wont serve booze that long

  14. sumodie Says:

And on NYE many spots will be geared to those who paid a steep fee to celebrate within. Tho it wasnt hard to find a bar letting anyone in (said Pig & Whistle)

  15. xpun Says:

UIC was a blast. Spinning the “so inclined” right now.

    Gumbo …

  23. BingosBrother Says:

Thanks kids. Gd droppin naledge. Just the right amount = running man perfection.

  24. MiA Says:

UIC was condensate soaked. You could barely see across the hall for the fog.

It had the light auras with rings around then like fog around a street light.

  25. angryjoggerz Says:

Im not really sure what my future will bring in regards to phish as the second kid changes up the dynamics a bit, but I do hope that I can at least make it to Dicks and Alpine every year. Dicks was such a blast and such a good combo of great people, great music, great venue, great ease in meeting up with people, amazing beer and wine and did I mention the great people? For sure up there with best shows I have seen, if not the… I have not seen as many as lots of people on here, but for me Dicks was just all the good together. Thanks to the great people I hung with over the weekend. The best.
