Oh yeah, anybody got the hookup on this So Inclined I’ve been hearing so much about?
fried eggs everywhere! some thick bacon taboot…..
And of course, we all know that the best album of 2012 is a burned CD copy of the Dick’s Light
can i pay for So Inclined anywhere?
listened to the Gumbo last night with the kiddies….the car was quiet….not sure if their minds could handle it….they’ve been filled with Flo-Rida since they went to the concert last Friday…..First I’ve heard My Left Toe….I wasn’t impressed at first but as the song hit the second half it blew me away…Somehow I was thinking how Happy, happy my friend song could fit in with it, but soon forgot about that goofy ass song
What is So Inclined?
gdad, i don’t think so.
aj, it’s the bonus disc from star lake. best gumbo and my left toe.
i dont want the video.
don’t people burn discs anymore and send em usps?
i still don’t think that’s the best MLT. 7-25-99 Deer Creek, in my opinion.
getting closer to msg- i am having a hard time concentrating at work… fuck it, i think i will leave early, listen to phish and make some turns, finally started snowing in CO. peace
@aj- right on with that list- a lot of gems
@everyone- i have one more 30th for a 29th- let me know if anyone wants to make that trade.
peace.
if anyone is so inclined towards flac

i still don’t think that’s the best MLT. 7-25-99 Deer Creek, in my opinion.
and my fav gumbo is from the next night. so “best”, as always, is a subjective thing 😎
thank you joemeg!!
if you’ve got the star lake 98 show in flac too 😉 ….
ha. fooled myself. I was thinking of the jammed gumbo from 98, not 99. that’s the one I really like. 8.3.98
ya tIII, another great. that one is on livebait 7. i give the edge to the star lake version because after the awesome funk it goes to a great blissful jam, which the 8.3 version lacks.
To be honest, I haven’t opened the DVD yet. I really just ordered it for the bonus CD, even though the DVD has probably the best Phish call I ever made.
I’ll try and flac out the DVD in the next few days, but who knows. It’s a busy time of year.
joe, they released an audio only download of the show, i’ll seek it out, no worries.
star lake 98 is on spotify for those that like streaming in lofi
west coaster here endorsing the troegs perpetual IPA. Flipped the corner on the beer season though and have been digging laganitus cappuccino stout and grand teton black cauldrons. Blanks and postage? I miss tape covers. Let is snow…
I don’t have the diversity in taste that many of y’all do, but these 4 belong on any year end best-of list IMO.
Father John Misty- Fear Fun (easily my favorite album of the year)
CRB- Big Moon Ritual
Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros- Here
Neil & the Horse- Psychedelic Pill
Lee Fields, Tame Impala and the new Spiritualized flipped my whig last year too. Spun too many times to count.
*Schoolboy Q for hip hop album of the year. Infectious.
From LawnMemo:
“As I stand in the middle of this tunnel, a sound that doesn’t belong there starts to lurk. Mike has suddenly turned into a giant space alligator. He is coming for us! That sound is incredible! Analogies aside, at about 12:20 this jam is awesome! Fish’s beat is outstanding and provides both power and direction.
Being chased by this angry space alligator, Trey leads us to safety. Starting at 12:15, he not only gets us to the end of the tunnel, while Mike slithers behind, he glides us there. Heck he floats us there. His playing is absolutely beautiful. The contrast between Mike and Trey in this section is one of my favorites. Absolutely stunning.”
Angry Space Alligator sounds like a great band name.
It’s hard to pull myself away from daily ghost catch up to listen to anything else @mia
Next up is the Lakewood Ghost. Maybe I’ll kick off the afternoon in style shortly.
Lakewood Ghost is the finest in the nation. Wook Approved.
