“Funky Bitch > Jam > Yerushalayim Shel Zahav” 11.22.94, Columbia, MO
An under-the-radar sequence of Fall 1994, this one spans the full spectrum of ’94 Phish. You can almost feel the energy in the room when the band reaches near silence at a few points during the “Jam.”

“Light” 10.19.10 II, Augusta, ME
Fall 2010 was full of stellar versions of “Light.” The highlight of a solid second set, this one gets my vote for tops of Fall 2010.

“Antelope -> 2001” 8.11.04 II, Mansfield, MA
This unfinished “Antelope” melts into an infectious “2001” and is one of the few highlights from the last run of 2004 that still has replay value today.

“Seven Below > Ghost” 11.28.09 II, Albany, NY
The jam many consider to be the unofficial re-birth of 3.0—over 50 minutes of pure Phish.

“Halley’s Comet” 12.7.99 II, Portland, ME
Pure December 1999 Phish. Too bad they don’t make “Halley’s” today like they used to.

“Rock and Roll” 6.7.11 II, Mansfield, MA
One of the only highlights of yet another underwhelming Great Woods visit, this “Rock and Roll” contains a full-band effort at some truly heartfelt music.
***
“Simple” 11.18.96 II, Memphis, TN
Speaking of heartfelt music, this “Simple” jam initially finds some tranquil space before Trey leads the troops into an emotional peak.

“Bathtub Gin“ 8.13.93 II, Indianapolis, IN
The Murat “Gin” doesn’t need too much of an introduction…this is August ’93 at its absolute finest.

“Tweezer” 11.23.94 II, St Louis, MO
While 1994 had its share of monster “Tweezers,” this one may be the most blissful of them all.

“Twist” 6.20.04 II, Saratoga Springs, NY
On a weekend full of top tier 2004 Phish, this “Twist” contains patience, communication, and whole-band offerings we can all enjoy.

Morning all. Good picks here, love this St Louis Tweezer
So out of all of lottery I landed Sat night BGCA, that’s it. Was all ready to throw in the SF towel and head to Dick’s or Gorge but now it’s seeming like I should try this. Our friends we planned on going with landed Fri night so now I feel like there’s some work to do.
When’s BGCA go on sale??
Today. 1 pm est

Good luck on the hunt for tix everyone. This place is a machine when it comes to ticket hunting. Everyone will get in.
Never got an email from ptbm…anyone else not get one?
Hit stands tix for my 2 nights in Chicago and landed my GA for Bangor. 3 for 3 on the request. Light summer tour for me. Hoping for a blown out fall tour at all the northeast sheds of lore. Fingers crossed.
As for the picks, nice. I was actually listening to Fall ’94 yesterday and hit up the following playlist. 11/22 B*tch, 11/23 Tweez, 11/26 Bowie, 11/28 Tweez, 11/30 Fixin to Die etc., 12/1 Split. Made for a wicked Wednesday. After I hit my lottos I just decided to spin the best Ghosts of all-time to celebrate.
Absolutely love the C to the 4th Halley’s. Easily makes my top 20 all-time list.
Time to start a new topic. Yesterday, my buddies and I were discussing the 3 best Ghosts of all-time. It’s gotta be 7/23/97, 11/17/97 and 5/22/00, right?
I am buying every ticket I can…
Hard not to toss Prague in there somewhere
Iginla to the Penguins….Wow. That team is loaded. Spaz is happy.
I’ve heard so many good ghosts on @lawnmemos site I can’t keep them all straight. Prague is def up there. There’s a great vid of it on YouTube. Trey looks demonic dong the absolute shred section.
@mia and Palmer. I emailed you guys last night. If you’re interested.
Palmer – I got nothing. I also never got confirmation emails on either I submitted, though I def got the window on each saying I had submitted, so who knows? No cc holds either so I guess I did not actually order – into the ether.
AJ- I got a hold, so I don’t know what the deal is. I emailed someone @musictoday to see whats up.
Got it xpun.. Thanks.
This halleys is the best.
chicago presale info please. is presale today 10 EST or 10 CST? password? at live nation?
dif- it is hard to pick top three ghosts- it is one of those songs that has a mind blowing number of amazing versions- currently my three favorite are 11/17/97, 7/2/98, and 5/22/00- with 7/2/98 being my personal favorite- the ending is so beautiful… good luck today, kiddos.
nice picks today- solid simple.
and does anyone need 3 day GA floor pass for Chi? cause if not i’m trying to grab mpp pits in their presale at 10.
I do, GD. My friend may or may not have them for me, but I am trying to lock it up, so any help would be great. I still think you should just come, personally. You know it is gonna be a special weekend.
Chicago presale on livenation app today, 10am central
there’s nothing i’d rather do AJ on this particular tour…just not in the cards for me this year.
in my opinion, christiana ghost over prague… saying that, they are both totally ridiculous…
thanks. is there a password?
Thanks for the kind words. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed putting it together.
Good luck today and tomorrow; see you all this summer!
Morning BBers!
@Ryan: thanks for the tunes and writeUp…love the reader’s choice. Can’t get enough of that Halley’s…blazed it last night when I got home…when I was blazed. 🙂
OK…who needs help today and with what? I’ll need Tahoe help later today.
