Not tryin to hate on Hip Hop, i must include.
The essential aspects of Freestyle/Production/Turntablism have been some of most important and inspiring arts which have changed and influenced me.
Keep it to the streets is all.
The whole evolution of the industry and Raps placement in today’s world is like a huge symbolic story for the state of things in general. A whole conversation onto itself.

Just went and saw an incredibly cool new house. Not for sale, built by a contractor friend of my clients.

Giant triple garage, all big enough to pull in an RV, and the house built as a second floor, but it’s as high as a 3-story. Lots of awesome tile, granite and woodwork. All the lights, stereo, alarm controlled electronically. Even the water for the showers was controlled by a digital input. Double and triple head showers, cool sliding barn doors instead of standard doors. Even an elevator.

The kicker? Owner / builder is 32 years old. Nice to see someone that works for a living make a bunch of money at a young age.

What up BB? Hope all is well. I’ve been lurking a bit but not much to say.

Went to southern Utah last week…
Zion Canyon – Awesome beauty. Lots of people. National Parks are more like museums that natural areas.

House Rock Valley/Buckskin Gulch in Grand Stair Case Escalant NM – The high desert is fucking awesome. Just impossible to describe. Lizards and flowering cacti, etc. I wish I had a real off road vehicle. There are so many places to explore out there with a decent rig.

North Rim Grand Canyon – Just peaked in. The forest area back from the Canyon had its own beauty that was more interesting than the canyon. Really just made me want to float through the canyon.

The trip really whetted my appetite for the back country. I was losing my will to get out there, but seeing a whole new landscape got me going.

Dude was unique for sure. I saw that Alan O’Day (Undercover Angel) died. Amazing how that cheesy pop music of the 70’s sticks with ya.

Saw the tornado after effects in OK. Wow.
