I’ve spun em too. MIA. actually very vivid memories of that run. remember the terrible golden lady. remember the sign about the days since last ghost and then remember being underwhelmed by that Ghost.
I’ve also spun the allstate show which I was in the same condition for and it def stands up.
just saying I did LA, Vegas, Denver, and Allstate and Allstate blew the earlier shows away.
and judging from what I’ve heard on tape later in the tour only got better as it progressed.
most peeps left vegas fairly underwhelmed if I remember correctly
Oh hell yeah. #HangoutFestBro

I didn’t talk to most peeps. Just myself. Most people I know loved it. Whatever that means.
Exhausted but digging the BC Sand > Topplings thanks to The AÜ
I had a blast Vegas ’03. Plenty of highlights.
At that point they were 5 and 6 shows into the return, it would make perfect sense for them to progress throughout the spring tour.
Look at the LA Gin and WOTC>Carini though. Some highlight reel shit there
I haven’t listened to the Allstate Simple Jibboo in a long time though. Maybe I’ll spin that.
Don’t think I was ever feeling the Seven Below and the Pebbles and Marbles to close the show at the time.
ya for me Bowie huge Meh. Ghost heard that jam several times before and the Piper had it’s moments.
rest was slop and a band that looked like they had as much sleep as me
who knows. wouldn’t be the first time I don’t get Phish.
have fun comrades. always up for shitting on the Vegas 03 run. just don’t get that one.
go spin that MC Tree. amazing shit. laterz.
west coast Impala! I believe with Jonathan Wilson opening, great combo

Phoamm, we all still have faith in NYE at MSG
Meanwhile, the rumor mill still points to Philly for Halloween from what Ive read
Thanks yall,
ps. Every Ghost on that list i posted is a guaranteed masterpiece, the best i have found. If you are unfamiliar with any of those then you have a treat instore for you. That being said, welcome any other tips and or personal favorites.
This Wolfman’s is pretty funky http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=0hVd0BzBx0g
First Nap from yawnfest has me wanting to spin the Matty Beck Birthday show from the top. Again.
was showber for the Vegas ’03 run. My thoughts align more with RL. Was with two other long time fans / jaded vets. We left convinced Trey had really bad carpal tunnel going on. Thought he and the band were way more off than on.
saved by the fast forward key. hard to take these TAB covers. sorry
-favorite recent Wolfman’s respin; Indio. Yes i was there, but rediscovered through readers picks. Alien incription music.
Huh, now I have BNCB to disagree with too.
/double team’d^
The band, which had effectively played their 3rd show since “coming back” was getting shit on by some fans when leaving?
Hilarious the h3ttiness of critique.
6th show. Typo.
rich fuckers. first tour in 3 years. professional (supposedly) musicians.
wah. we need some time to get our shit back together.
only Phish fans gave them a whole year (2009) of sounding like an absolute mess and still kept going.
very forgiving fans we are towards these lazy ass millionaires.
Alpine 09 makes 03 Vegas look like the NYE 1995 run
Vegas ’03 was underwhelming for my crew and I. Most peeps I knew opted out of ’04 because of them.
lu- 7-19-98 – 1st set ass kicker.
okay, mrP, sumo and others . . . just wanted to make sure i wasn’t missing anything and i’m up to speed. thanks.
Oooo, oh no he didn’t….
(Never gave the Vegas 03 a spin, i had let the band go during 2.0. Only saw Shoreline. The first of which i loved. The second of which confirmed the hit or miss factor i was unwilling to put up with at the time.)
Word Voops, noted
ChiTown-Greenboro was straight heat in ’03…. maybe take out the Nj show ( that Twist is great though). Chicago, Woosta, and Nassau were all great phish shows for any era, IMO.
Friends, family, and phish….they all seem to get passes even though at times they may suck..
