It’s the off season. Not much to write about other then rumors and solo projects.

  4. Dorn76 Says:

Hop on tour, @StoneRCase. Maybe WW wants to expand. Nothing lasts.

Drinking vodka at DIA (almost 11 at home), washing away sorrows of leaving the bounty of Breckenridge.

Been you to have any dates?

  5. George W. Kush Says:

FLuffhead vid still gives me chills. The anticipation and wonderment of that night has been matched by few, if any, other things in my life. Call me a geek but that shiz was magical.

  6. Ulysses S. Wingsuit Says:

LOL @ BTB! “radio”…I know, right?

Yesterday’s convo inspired me to bust out my “Daton” discs:

A friend made these discs for me after I watched (and copied) his tapes during the Summer of ’98. It was his test run with his new burner. He even included “show notes” on the discs. No source info…this source sounded so good that we all assumed at the time that it was a SBD (SBDs didn’t circulate until 2002, then LP officially released the show in…2004?).

Giving 5/3/93 State Theatre New Brunswick NJ a spin on the LP App.

  12. RicksFork Says:

Ha! I love my new moniker. Seeing as no one seemed to know the origin of my current name maybe I should change it.

I would love to share with everyone who wants the HT, but alas supplies run low sometimes and I NEED to have at least one a day myself. I will take care of whoever I can. Beers (as are most of the things discussed here) are meant to be shared.

  13. bob dylan Says:

    Happy 5 years back everybody.

  14. btb Says:

    All hail the Hop Shaman

  15. RicksFork Says:

Thanks to whoever recommended the 7/21/98 Tube yesterday. Great one.

Also running through the Island Tour shows in order right now. I would kill for a surprise run like that right now. Those 4 nights are pretty much everything you could ask for in 4 shows. Only caught one in person, but you could tell how much they were loving playing together at that point.

  16. tela's_muff Says:

@jtran – Mark McGuire – Along the Way = blissful electronic music, sprawling, amazing use of guitars. instantly shot up to my fav electronic album of the year, so far. it’s nice to get a happy electronic album in the winter.

  18. bob dylan Says:

looking at rod santana tour. kfc yum center is such a god awful name.

“how ya’ll feeling kfc yum?!!” just doesn’t have a good ring to it.

  19. Jerome Garcia Says:

& in case you didn’t know ::note hint of sarcasm:: the LP Apps sucks donkey dick sometimes. 5/3/93 is a prime example.

  20. bob dylan Says:

started playing mark mcguire. this is great shit to work to.

  21. garretcorncob Says:

Anybody have any advice on opening a .mobi ebook file on a mac? I googled it, but it didn’t help much. At least not given how little effort I felt like spending on it.

    Hive mind, go!

  22. btb Says:

Unlike fake tour dates, the Shaman always delivers

Wish I could catch some Greensky soon…been a month and that’s too long. Jelly of that WC run Stoney. Rock out.

  23. Kaveh Says:

    Happy Thursday everyone…

  24. tzara's Says:

@gdad, that First Barbarians stuff is great, thanks. Never had heard of it. A whole school came out of that Beggar’s Banquet->Exile Stones run.
