I’m gamefully employed and STILL want to take you up on that offer Stoney!!!
Just some general thoughts on trying to understand the thoughts of others:
Much of what we attribute to “others” can often be seen as a reflection of ourselves. We often project what is happening internally with ourselves externally onto others.
Not claiming this applies to our recent convos today…just something to keep in mind as I’ve been noticing this a lot lately in my small world
May pull a Costanza and sleep/nap under my desk.
^
I’ve actually done this within the past 5 years. Would sneak into my co-workers office as he was not in the office all the time….crawl under the desk …use a shoe box as a pillow and pull the desk chair in just incase anyone peeked in. This was only acceptable during a Stage 5 hangover
If you enjoyed, or heard about the guy on stage prior to Phish at JF, Anders Osborne, he’s also playing in NYC next month. (Thanks Kaveh for the heads-up, prior to JF).
cwc aka War damn Eagle I think GWK & Leo Weaver may be pondering the NC Brewers & Music Festival. Looks like a pretty damn great 1 day festie north of CLT. http://ncbrewsmusic.com/
5/8/77- worth all of the hype, in my opinion. to this day, it is one of my favorite dead shows. it never gets old. the dancing in the streets is THE way to end a first set. my favorite dancin’ ever played- funky as gary shider in a diaper. quite a few all time favorites come from that show.
(Said many times before) Cornell dancin is the car listening tune that I end up driving 20 miles an hour more by the end of the jam than at the beginning and I didn’t notice picking up speed
Pro 5/8/77 over here too. Overrated? Underrated? Fuck if I know. I love that show and the Dew is absolutely one of my favorite pieces of music by anyone ever. Whole show makes me weak in the knees every time I spin it.
Soil stand.
Thank you Dorn! Pants!
Not only pants but a collared shirt. At. All. Times. Impressive to say the least & very professorly.
