Deer Creek '00 (Distante)

Following up the last two downloads, this show completes Phish’s three-night run at Deer Creek in 2000. The second set featured, perhaps, the three most-often payed songs of summer in “Jibboo, “Sand,” and “Twist.” The strong playing of the second set continued with “Fee > What’s the Use? > Limb.”

I: Cars Trucks Buses , Wilson, It’s Ice, Bathtub Gin, Buffalo Bill, My Mind’s Got a Mind of its Own, Split Open and Melt, Sparkle, Funky Bitch, David Bowie

II: Gotta Jibboo, Sand, Twist, Fee > What’s the Use? > Limb By Limb, Loving Cup

E: Run Like an Antelope

    10/9/00…best show ever

  3. Jtran Says:

Anyone ever watched Dexter? Watched an episode from season 2 at a buddy’s house tonight, just dl’ed season 1…seemed pretty cool.

  4. sanchothehutt Says:

okay so I’m trying not to panic…I’ve had ticketmaster tix for Sunday at Alpine on the fridge for months now, and I can’t find them. If I call them, will they hold replacements @will call? Not that I’m worried I can’t find a tick on lot, but I already paid over $120 for the two and I want to make sure. BTW, yes, they are lawns.

season 1 is good jtran. the next 2 are shit

  6. jdub Says:

Thanks guys. No expectations but I wouldn’t mind 99/00 thick and gooey grooves to show up again soon.

    @Gavinsdad,

Yeah, I remember you talking about coming out here at the time. It is very surreal in that even the “stoners” are still trying to comprehend just how far “things” can go… there is a certain amount of apprehension as the fear of getting hassled is till very present and from a medical point of view, “dosage” is all over the place… regulated? It’s like the Wild West out here.

  8. RamblinOnMyMind Says:

second season isn’t too bad….I’m starting the third season. I have no idea how they keep this up over so many seasons.

I”m in the same boat with Weeds…first season is awesome, second worse, third blows, I’m hoping it improves

  9. Gratefulcub Says:

Gdad, I’m at my hometurf in the cornfields of Indiana. Mf’ing giddy a week out, hence the senseless silly posting. (not that it’s a departure from the norm)

  10. RamblinOnMyMind Says:

and goddamn i’m in love with mary louise parker

  11. voopa Says:

@jdub – Miner posted the tracklist back on page 14 or something…sorry I can’t be of more help, but I’m not the fucking BB secretary, you know! (sorry- pre-Greek jitters)

I’ve lived in CA for all of my 42 years, and personally, getting weed is the same as it’s always been for me. I know it’s changed for many people, and passing 19 will change it for many more, but our little network will continue to exist.

  12. sanchothehutt Says:

sorry all, didn’t mean to tread on TV talk. Can’t wait for Dexter and Sons of Anarchy to come back, myself

  13. Gratefulcub Says:

Dexter: watch it!! Last season was the best yet.

John Lithgow = best guest star evah. Eeeeeevah!!!

Besides the ticket info, does anyone have a setlist for today’s heading? I think the first two pieces are from BC, but I could be wrong.

  16. sanchothehutt Says:
