I’d take that second set if they gave Bag and Bowie the proper treatment…

Oh, SOAMule… Ehh… I wouldn’t not like it! It would depend on the quality of Bag/Bowie really

  6. poop goblin Says:

no doubt Palmer. AC/DC Reba to open the 2nd set.

this tour is pretty jam light. it’s just amazing though how good Trey was back then. like watching a top level athlete in their prime. cat was just slaying it back then.

this Hood from Alpine is amazing. real nice mellow build. real quiet start to the jam.

  7. poop goblin Says:

yeah we will be there. sounds good AJ. I’ll be cooking up something good for that show. hopefully they won’t make me to irie for work in the morning.

    @ Gdad

“Ghana Special represents nearly ten years of on-going research in and around the cities of Accra, Tema, Cape Coast, Takoradi and Kumasi”

whoa, that’s crazy – i’ve been to all of those places. Studied abroad in Ghana fall ’99. I’ll have to give that a spin.. When i was there i heard and studied alot of traditional Ghanaian music but am not familiar with this Ghanaian Blues stuff.

  21. sumodie Says:

  22. kenny powers Says:

Can’t wait for my next Soundway to arrive:

Nigeria Disco Funk Special! The sound of the Underground Lagos Dance Floor 1974-79

but so far this one is my fav:

Nigeria Rock Special! Pyschedelic Afro-Rock & Jazz Funk in 1970s Nigeria

  25. sumodie Says:
