sorry if my post was too vague earlier… I got MOD’d too many times and got pissed. now that my belly is full and my head is lighter, I can say that

    download

    accelerator

    plus

has been a kick ass program for me, especially with the archive and live phish dot com.

please just google it and give some feedback… stupid easy program 🙂

  2. Mike in Austin Says:

Miner’s up to 108 now. About the temp in Austin.

  3. tela'smuff Says:

this Viola Lee jam confirms Miner’s thoughts about these shows.

and Molo is indeed a beast.

i would love to know where these shows rank for Phil.

  4. rivertrance Says:

    First puff spin

    96 creek mikes

Not ambient, no cowfunk, Trey on guitar not keyboard

Just old school massive guitar led psyche rock. So sick.

  5. rivertrance Says:

    Until ln true 96 stylee

    Trey starts drumming.

  6. Mr. Palmer Says:

I am severely lacking in ’95 shows i’ve just realized. Need to pick up the pace. RT got me all fired up for a big Mike’s. Gotta go with the mother of them all. 12.31.95.

  7. tela'smuff Says:

AW – i could see the return of the proper Mike’s jam this summer. Bowie returned to form in ’10, as did Antelope to a certain extent. It’s time for Mike’s.

  8. Mr. Palmer Says:

I’d also like to see the big drawn out Piper opening make a return. Always loved the build up with that.

  9. Monsterpus Says:

The double DVD players each playing 90210 sounds temping Tela, but destination shows aren’t in the cards this year for me. I’m still broke from moving, but I hope we get our CO shows over labor day

  10. garretc Says:

    @Mr. P

Agreed. No-jam Pipers just don’t do the trick for me…

  11. Monsterpus Says:

Piper was a beast in the late 90’s. Listening to the Japan Relief show, I thought the same about Caspian and Velvet Sea. Granted those tunes are cheesy, but some of the soloing and jamming in general had really beautiful moments. Now they’ve pretty much been stripped down to the core song, and are kinda meh

  12. phoammhead Says:

    another day of phil & phriends . . . .

finished nite 3, now nite 2

    i’m a big help>slipknot>franklins fan

what else is particularly good from this nite?

  13. garretc Says:

    Step 1: Bane

Step 2: Turn down the lights

Step 3: Listen to this song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K34hZibasRE

Step 4: Step forth into the glory that is your newfound existence, shedding yourself of the old dried up shell of a human you were before you’d ever heard that masterful piece of music.

  14. garretc Says:

    @phoam

    Everything.

    There are no weak points.

  15. Monsterpus Says:

Trippy video, man. I’ll project that onto the wall of my bachelor pad and watch it while smoking opium in my egg chair

  16. EL Duderino Says:

the St. Stephen > Eleven > Unbroken Chain is my favorite segment

  17. phoammhead Says:

yeah, garretc, i don’t remember any from my first spin of this about a month ago . . . i believe it was butter that said these shows pass the ultimate test of time . . .

  18. EL Duderino Says:

    Molo is a clock/Swiss Watch

  19. gavinsdad Says:

    ^agreed el D. molo a metronome.

  20. garretc Says:

    @Monsterpus

    You have an egg chair?!?

    Dang, super jealous…

  21. gavinsdad Says:

    aaay…molo a metronom-ay

  22. albert walker Says:

wonder how long I should wait to book my flight to SF in case there is that late night show

may need to take an extra day off just to recover form late night show

    dare to dream

  23. tela'smuff Says:

Kimock on Wolfman’s is really nice, and that Space jam afterwards is drippy.

  24. phoammhead Says:

    nice stylie, aw . . . i hear you . . . dare to dream!

  25. KfL Says:
