gotcha Stoney. is SF going to be a tough ticket? never paid attention to how it played out in the past.
Kaveh – I got the Play 1. It comes with the bridge. I keep that connected in my office, speaker upstairs in kitchen. operate music through our phones.
I know it doesn’t hurt to ask, Stoney, but has that worked? I would hope so given the time you’ve volunteered…

Dear Mr. Stoney,
Thank you for your email.
No.
You are still on the hook for the shirts, but get no tickets.
Thank you for contacting Music Today!
tela,
good question. monday thru wednesday lends to easier. small venue in the City lends to harder.
Tela: SF sells out instantly (as in 10-15 minutes after on sale). I somehow was able to get through Ticketmaster’s phone, via the customer service route, and the agent was able to grab me Friday and Sunday instantly, but it took her 5 additional minutes to grab a pair for Saturday and this was 5 minutes after the on-sale.
Good luck.
BGCA the first year didn’t actually sell out right away. was super easy to get tickets. people were lazy. but they were super hard to get just before the shows….
cheers @Df when it’s all said and done I’ll be at Eugene and Seattle and that’s it – for at least one of them I’ll be in the VIP bubble with limited socializing opportunities
So my new blog “Mug Club” will be up and running soon.
Trying this again…I have a lot more to say and material to goof on with Beer then music I think. I’ve been running a local “mug club weekly newsletter” for the #1 craft beer bar in OH for the last year or so. I have about 20 posts already teed up…just going to take me some time to get them all uploaded and edited. So I guess I’ll have some Orange for y’all in a couple weeks. I’ll do this for as long as I can, but will probably take a break at some point. Shit is time consuming! I’m open to suggestions. I’m probably not going to do many beer actual beer reviews. Plenty of Phish & Trailer Park Boys references. We’ll see where it goes.
Tentative Segments/Topics:
Political Cartoons (MS PAINT Y’ALL)
LaHey’s Lambic Corner
Mr. Rogers Porch Bombs: Won’t You Be My Trader?
Fake On-line Store w/ stupid beer accessories and gadgets (e.g. growler belts?)
Whale of the Week
Sock Puppets
Sexual Harassment Wednesday Beer Guide
Weekly Newsletter Goof
Bum Juice of the Month Beer Review & Leaderboard
Beer Release Goofs
Beer Porn Pics
Maybe some beer reviews. Not many though.
I’ll be putting in tix requests for BGCA for BB’ers.
^Apparently there’s a new post BTB, Mug Club sounds good though!
What is everyone’s problem with this Northerly Golden Age? I listen over and over again and feel like I’m hearing the sickest 3.0 groove to date. Not exploratory enough for the BB? This is it for me… this is why I go.
Disclaimer: I was 7 people back from Page during this entire second set.
veryy goood!
